| Purpose:From the perspective of medical service providers,through the construction of professional collaboration survey tools,understand the status of professional collaboration on health care alliance in Tianchang City of Anhui Province,analyze the influencing factors of professional collaboration,and put forward suggestions for improving the professional division and cooperation mechanism in other regions.Contests:1.Construct the theoretical framework and survey tool of professional collaboration.2.Analyse the current situation of professional collaboration on health care alliance in Tianchang City of Anhui Province.3.Summarize the main obstacles in the practice of professional collaboration in Tianchang City of Anhui Province,and propose relevant policy recommendations.Methods:Through the research of literature and policy documents,define the concept and related connotation of professional collaboration.Based on the theoretical framework constructed in the early stage of the subject,the survey tool is constructed from the level of professional collaboration,and empirical study is carried out in Tianchang City of Anhui Province.479 health workers in multi-level health institution samplied by a stratified random method received a questionnaire,and using exploratory factor analysis to analyze the influencing factors of professional collaboration between county and township health workers.Results:1.Extraction of core elements of professional collaboration:According to the theoretical framework of the integrated health care system constructed in the early stage of the subject,at the level of professional collaboration,questionnaire is designed by combining with literature reviews and expert discussions.Factor analysis is used to determine the rationality of the core elements of collaboration.2.The current situation of professional collaboration on health care alliance in Tianchang County of Anhui ProvincePolicy measures:Stipulating the scope of diagnosis;Establish the tiered health care mechanism;Establish a mechanism for the talent flow;Strengthen the funding assistance,incentives and assessment management of member units.Specific forms of collaboration includes:specialist cooperation and joint wards,expert team resources integration,"1+1+1" pairing of teachers and apprentices,telemedicine,tiered health care,and "1+1+2" family doctor service team.Analysis of the status of professional collaboration based on theoretical framework;The total score for the evaluation of the degree of professional collaboration is(3.15±0.74);the highest score is the evaluation of the value of professional collaboration,which is(3.73±0.72).The four dimensions of professional collaboration evaluation scores from low to high are inter-professional health care service standard,inter-professional incentive and restraint mechanisms,professional division and cooperation mechanism,and the cognition of professional collaboration value.3.The main obstacles to professional cooperation in Tianchang City:the differences in the positioning of different medical institutions;the lack of grading treatment guidelines or paths for specific diseases;the lack of effective incentive mechanisms and monitoring measures;the degree of close cooperation needs to be strengthened;failure to implement a compact medical community.Conclusions:1.professional division and cooperation mechanism factors are the core elements for improving the level of professional collaboration,the cognition of professional collaboration value factors are the intrinsic motivation for improving the level of professional collaboration,incentive and restraint mechanism factors are external driving forces for professional collaboration,inter-professional health care service standard factors are the basis for professional collaboration.2.The basic situation of the professional cooperation of the county medical community in Tianchang City:a more comprehensive inter-professional communication and coordination mechanism has been established,but the pattern of professional collaboration is relatively single,and the degree of inter-professional closeness is not high;the trust between different specialties is good and can be basically shared The "people-centered" value concept;there is still no effective incentive and restraint mechanism;there is no perfect inter-professional health care service standard.Suggestion:1.Explore various forms of collaboration models to strengthen the degree of collaboration.2.Share the value concept of "people-centered" and clarify the collaboration goals of health workers.3.Establish make an appropriate incentive and restraint mechanisms to increase the enthusiasm of health workers to participate in collaboration.4.Construct the inter-professional health care service standards to ensure the quality of continuous health service supply.5.Strengthen the professional
