Objective: To detect the expression and clinical significance of micro-RNA-320a(miR-320a),Angiopoietin-like protein 2(ANGPTL2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:93 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer were diagnosed by thoracoscopic biopsy, electronic bronchoscopy and lung puncture biopsy in the Department of Respiratory and critical Medicine of our hospital,and93 healthy people in the same period as the control group. The relative expression levels of serum miR-320 a in the experimental group and control group were detected by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the expression levels of ANGPTL2 and VEGF in the serum of the experimental group and control group were detected by ELISA.The relationship between the expression of them and the clinicopathological features of the patients was analyzed.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between miR-320 a,ANGPTL2 and VEGF.And the diagnostic value of serum miR-320 a,ANGPTL2 and VEGF in non-small-cell lung cancer was evaluated by AUC.Results : 1.The relative expression of miR-320 a in patients with NSCLC was significantly lower than that in normal controls, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).While the expression of ANGPTL2 and VEGF in patients with NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal controls, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.The relative expression of miR-320 a,ANGPTL2 and VEGF in serum of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer was not related to sex, pathological type and age of the tumor(both P >0.05);The expression of miR-320 a,ANGPTL2 and VEGF in serum of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer was correlated with TNM stage, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and carcinoembryonic antigen(both P<0.05).3.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of miR-320 a and ANGPTL2 was negatively correlated(r=-0.801,P<0.05),and the expression of miR-320 a and VEGF was negatively correlated(r=-0.753,P<0.05).The combined detection of AUC,sensitivity and specificity of miR-320 a,ANGPTL2 and VEGF in the diagnosis of NSCLC were 0.986(95%CI:0.979~0.993),0.989 and 0.918.Conclusion : 1.miR-320 a,ANGPTL2 and VEGF may be involved in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.2.The combined detection of miR-320 a,ANGPTL2 and VEGF provides important clinical significance for the screening and diagnosis of NSCLC.
