| Objective:1.Develop a self-rating scale of painless delivery intention with good reliability and validity.2.The scale was used to understand the status quo of pregnant women’s choice intention of painless delivery in a Grade A hospital in Jinan,to compare the differences between different demographics,to investigate the factors affecting the choice intention of painless delivery, and to put forward reasonable suggestions.Methods:1.Based on the theory of planned behavior, the scale was developed through literature review and Delphi expert letter consultation method, which was called the Self-Rating Scale of Intention to Pained Childbirth Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. In March 2020,250 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria for pregnancy examination in a Grade A hospital in Shandong Province were selected by convenience sampling method for pre-investigation.SPSS23.0 and AMOS24.0 software were used to conduct item analysis and reliability and validity test, and the items were revised and the final scale was established.2.From August to October 2020,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 404 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria for pregnancy examination in a Grade A hospital in Shandong Province using a self-compiled scale.Univariate ANOVA,linear regression and Pearson correlation analysis were performed with SPSS23.0 to explore the influencing factors of pregnant women’s choice intention for painless delivery.Result:1.Expert letter consultation results:The positive coefficients of three rounds of consultation were 0.958,0.957 and 1.000,the group authority coefficient was 0.8760.883 0.805,the coordination coefficients were 0.128,0.181 and 0.333(P<0.001);The coefficients of variation ranged from 0.092 to 0.348,from 0.080 to 0.302,and from 0.042 to 0.163.2.Reliability and validity test results:The self-rating scale of intention to painless delivery based on the theory of planned behavior finally included 4 dimensions and 30 items.Four common factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 70.506%,Confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ2/DF,RMSEA and CFI were 2.357,0.079 and 0.899 respectively,S-CVI and I-CVI measured by the scale were 0.984 and 0.909-1.000 respectively. The overall Cronbach’s a coefficient of the scale was 0.971 and the split-half reliability was 0.931.3.The total score of intention to choose painless delivery based on the theory of planned behavior was(115.827±16.756),and the mean score of basic knowledge was(14.901±2.031);The mean value of behavioral attitude part was(30.696±5.280);The mean value of the subjective norm part was(7.401±1.590);The mean of perceptual behavior control was(62.829±9.376).There was statistical significance in the total score of choice intention, behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control of pregnant women with different household registration types and monthly family income(P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the scores of basic knowledge of choice of painless delivery among pregnant women with different household registration types, different family monthly incomes and different educational levels(P<0.05).In the multiple linear regression, the monthly income of household and household registration types enter the total score regression equation(F=25.921,P=0.000),household registration types, household monthly income and education level enter the regression equation of basic knowledge(F=12.398,P=0.000),The household registration types、household monthly income are entered into the behavioral attitude regression equation(F=22.732,P=0.000),The household registration types and monthly household income enter the subjective normative regression equation(F=19.392,P=0.000),The household registration types and household monthly income was incorporated into the perceptual behavior control regression equation(F=25.545,P=0.000).Basic knowledge, behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were all positively correlated, and the correlation coefficients were 0.536,0.503,0.533,0.795,0.870 and 0.799,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The self-rating scale of painless delivery intention based on the theory of planned behavior has a scientific and reasonable preparation process, good reliability and validity, and can be used as a measuring tool of painless delivery intention at present.2.Pregnant women in a Grade A hospital in Jinan City have a low level of knowledge about painless delivery; The four dimensions of basic knowledge, behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control are positively correlated; In univariate analysis, the household registration type and monthly family income of pregnant women had statistical significance in influencing the choice intention of painless delivery. |
