With the increasing number of the elderly population in China, the impact of the deepening level of aging on society has solved.he proportion of elderly are more and more large.Due to growth of age,the body immune system of the elderly is reduced, and the health level is reduced.Compared with other young groups, the demand medical and resources is greater, which leads to increasing demand for medical care and medical resources. In recent years, with the development of China’s medical undertakings and continuous growth of medical resources,Health Commission issued statistical on the development of China’s health undertakings, which shows at the end of 2018,the number of beds per thousand medical institutions in China are 6.03;the number of beds reached 997434,an increase of 10785 over previous year;the number of health personnel 12.3 million. However, compared with the other developed countries,China’s medical technology needs to improved, and the medical resources are not sufficient, which does not meet rapid growth of demand for medical resources.Under the background of "getting old before getting rich",the change of age structure of population will cause the change of corresponding industries in society, among which the allocation of medical and health resources has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore,to understand the current situation of China’s aging and health resource allocation,to study impact of population aging on the allocation of medical resources, and to provide more solutions to the allocation of medical and health resources in the context of population aging. In order to analyze and study the impact of aging population on the allocation of medical and health resources, this paper uses the data of 293 cities in 2000,2010 and 2015 to divide the medical and health resources into three aspects medical human resources, medical material resources and medical financial resources, and analyzes and researches the less medical human resources and medical material resources. In this paper,F test and Hausman test are used to test the samples, and the fixed utility model is used to regression, and it is found that the population aging is positively correlated with medical and health resources. In uneven regional distribution of medical resources in China, this first studies correlation of medical resources of aging population in the eastern, central and western regions, and studies correlation between population age and medical resources in provincial cities and prefecture level cities.the aging population has no significant impact on medical and health resources, but has a negative correlation on medical human resources. Finally, according to population aging on the allocation of medical resources on the society, this paper also uses F test and Hausman test to test the samples, selects random utility model for regression, and finds that the distribution of medical and health resources according to the level of population aging will reduce the mortality. The aging of population will bring great challenges to the allocation of medical in China.Facing the increasingly serious problem,on background of deepening of aging of population in China, this paper puts forward following suggestions.First, improve medical and health resources The professional quality of health personnel in health institutions, the nursing ability, social sense and sense of responsibility of elderly patients, the professional title evaluation and continuous learning of health personnel in existing medical and health service institutions for the elderly population form a standardized system, and actively cultivate elderly medical professionals.Second, rationally arrange medical service institutions, develop community health services, improve service level of medical and health institutions, and improve medical facilities treatment activities.Third, strengthen health education.By printing and distributing health pamphlets on disease prevention,we should give lectures on health knowledge to the elderly from time to time,so as to make rational use of medical and health resources.
