Clinical Study On Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Acupuncture At Dachangshu And Daizhibian Point Combined With Zhu’s Bonesetting Therapy

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Dachangshu and Daizhibian combined with Zhu’s bonesetting therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and evaluate its curative effect after comparative analysis,so as to provide ideas for exploring a more effective treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:74 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 37)and control group(n = 37).In the course of the study,there were 1 case in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.Finally,36 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group completed the evaluation and analysis.The patients in the treatment group were treated with deep acupuncture at Dachangshu and Daizhibian combined with Zhu’s bonesetting therapy,while the patients in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture once a day,7 times as a course of treatment,for a total of 3 courses.The clinical symptoms,signs and limitation of daily activities of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the VAS score,JOA score and modified ODI score before and after treatment were recorded.The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two methods were evaluated.Results:1.After the course of treatment,the main observation index JOA score in the treatment group and the control group was higher than that before treatment in the treatment group,while the secondary observation index VAS score and modified ODI score in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After the course of treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the main observation index JOA score,secondary observation index VAS score and modified ODI score,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.According to the analysis of the results of comprehensive curative effect evaluation,the total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 85.71% in the control group.After statistical software analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Dachangshu and Daizhibian combined with Zhu’s bonesetting therapy and ordinary acupuncture is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,but the curative effect of ordinary acupuncture is not as good as that of deep acupuncture at Changshu and Daijibian combined with Zhu Zhenggu.2.Acupuncture at Dachangshu and Daizhibian combined with Zhu’s bonesetting therapy is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group in improving clinical symptoms,signs and living ability.
