Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Embedding-thread And Shenqilingyi Decoction On Persistent HR-HPV Infection

Objective:For persistent high-risk HPV infection,we use the embedding-thread and Shenqilingyi Decoction treatment.After treatment we observe the changes in clinical effect,HPV conversion rate,and cytokine in vaginal lavage fluid.To explore its mechanism and the relativity of improve cervical local immunity.In order to achieve the purpose of further improving the cure rate of the disease and reducing the recurrence.Methods:1.Select patients from the expert clinic of Shanxi Provincial Acupuncture Institute and Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They visited from December 2018 to December 2020.The subject collected 72patients who met the inclusion criteria as the research objects.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into the treatment group and control group,each with 36cases.2.The treatment group was given embedding-thread therapy（Once every 21 days）and Shenqilingyi Decoction（6 payments per week）;The control group was given recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablets,once every other day.The course of treatment for both groups was 3 months.3.Collect and observe the changes of HPV DNA testing,TCM syndrome scores and cytokines IFN-γand IL-10 in vaginal lavage fluid before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of HPV negative status after treatment between the two groups:The negative rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the control group was 53.3%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of TCM Syndrome score:Both groups reduced the TCM syndrome scores after treatment,P<0.01,which was statistically significant.The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of TCM syndromes after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The change of IFN-γ、IL-10:After treatment,both groups increased IFN-γand decreased IL-10,P<0.01,which was statistically significant.The increase in IFN-γand the decrease in IL-10 in the treatment group after treatment were better than those in the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Embedding-thread combined with Shenqilingling Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of high-risk HPV persistent infection,which can significantly change the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,shorten the course of treatment,reduce recurrence,and further increase the rate of HPV conversion.2.The mechanism of action of this therapy may be related to increasing the level of IFN-γ,reducing the level of IL-10,and promoting the balance of Th₁/Th₂,thereby improving the local immune status of the cervical microenvironment and blocking the progression of cervical lesions.
