Clinical Observation On Point LV Combined With Stellate Ganglion Block In Treating Lung Deficiency And Cold Type AR

Objective:To observe Clinical Observation on point LV combined with stellate ganglion block in treating lung deficiency and cold type AR.Methods:Seventy-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and Control Group(38 each).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Lü point combined with stellate ganglion block,while the control group was treated with general acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block.The curative effect was evaluated by TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ,respectively,of the allergic rhinitis symptom scale and the concomitant symptom scale.Objective to observe the clinical curative effect before and after treatment and 1 month follow-up in 2 groups and compare the curative effect between2 groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in sex,age,course of disease,TNSS + TNNSS score,RQLQ score and main symptom score before Treatment(P<0.05).2.TNSS + TNNSS: TNSS + TNNSS before and after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);TNSS + TNNSS after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);There were significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups after treatment and 1 month follow-up TNSS + TNNSS,there were significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups after 1 month follow-up TNSS + TNNSS,there were significant differences(P<0.05).3.The RQLQ scores were significantly different between the two groups before and after Treatment(P<0.05)and between the two groups after Treatment(P<0.05),there were significant differences(P<0.05)in RQLQ between the two groups after treatment and 1month follow-up(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in RQLQ between the two groups after 1 month follow-up(P<0.05).4.The four symptoms were significantly improved after treatment and 1 month follow-up in the two groups,compared with the AR.There was significant difference in sneezing symptoms between the two groups after treatment,but no significant difference in other symptoms.After 1 month follow-up,there was significant difference in nasal congestion and sneezing symptoms between the two groups,but no significant difference in other symptoms.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.74%in the treatment group and 89.47% in the control group.Both groups had significant curative effect after treatment.By statistical analysis,the two groups clinical curative effect comparison,the difference has the Statistical Significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment group and 89.47% in the control group.By statistical analysis,the two groups clinical curative effect comparison,the difference has the Statistical Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lv’s point plus stellate ganglion block therapy and general acupuncture plus stellate ganglion block therapy significantly improved the symptoms,accompanying symptoms and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis,the relief of sneezing symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.After treatment and one month follow-up,the effective rate of Lv’s acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block was significantly higher than that of general acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block,the results showed that the therapeutic effect of Lv point plus stellate ganglion block was better than that of general acupuncture plus stellate ganglion block in both short term and long term allergic rhinitis.
