Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with hypertonic saline bladder irrigation in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention, and evaluate the effectiveness of this method in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention. Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted to select 60 patients with postpartum urinary retention according to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria. They were divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. After 2cases were dropped, the final number of cases included in the statistics was 30 in the treatment group and 28 in the control group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with hypertonic saline bladder irrigation, and acupuncture was performed at ST25,ST28,SP6,SP9 and LR3,30 minutes each time, once a day,and hypertonic saline bladder irrigation was performed 30 minutes each time, twice a day.The control group was given intramuscular injection of neostigmine,1mg each time, once a day.The two groups were treated for two days. After the end of a course of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated by comparing the initial urination time and urination volume, the residual urine volume of B-ultrasound bladder before and after treatment, and the integral of urinary retention degree between the two groups.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.General data analysis:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the production, age and course of disease between the two groups(P< 0.05).2.Comparison of the first urination time and urination volume:The difference in the first urination time between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the first urination volume of the two groups after treatment, the average first urination volume of the treatment group was that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.B-ultrasonic bladder residual urine volume comparison:The residual urine volume of bladder in the two groups was reduced to varying degrees, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison between groups showed that the patients in the treatment group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).4.Comparison of urinary retention scores:(1)Integral of urination: Compared within the group, the integral of urination in the two groups before and after treatment had significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared between the two groups after treatment, the integral of urination in the two groups had significant statistical difference(P<0.01).(2)Small abdominal symptom score:Compared within the group, the small abdominal symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly statistically different(P <0.01).Compared between the two groups after treatment, the difference in the scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Total score: In the intra-group comparison, the score of urinary retention between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment, the difference in total score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was96.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 82.14%,and the difference was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with hypertonic saline bladder irrigation and neostigmine intramuscular injection, two treatment options for the treatment of postpartum urinary retention are effective.2.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with hypertonic saline bladder irrigation is better than neostigmine intramuscular injection, which can better shorten the first urination time and increase the first urination volume, thereby reducing the residual urine volume of bladder, alleviating the symptoms of abdominal distention and pain, and improving the urination of patients.
