| Objective: This topic observes the remission of clinical symptoms after taking Jiangniliyanfang combined with lanthalazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux-related heterosions,evaluates the short-term and long-term clinical effect of reductile pharyngeal combined with lansolazole in order to provide reference clinical ideas and medications for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: Taking outpatients in the spleen and stomach department of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the research object,110 patients who met the admission criteria were divided into 55 cases in the experimental group and 55 in the control group.The experimental group gave lansolazole intestinal dissolved tablets with Jiangniliyanfang which from my tutor’s own antipharyngeal prescription.The control group was treated with lansolazole intestinal lysis tablets.The diagnosis and treatment process is 4 weeks.The changes in the index of the two groups of pharyngeal heterosity symptoms,such as before and after drug use,were analyzed statistically,and the statistical results were observed to be clinically significant,and then the efficacy of the drug was objectively evaluated.Follow-up was carried out two months after the course of treatment to evaluate the recurrence rate of patients and evaluate the long-term efficacy of the two groups of drugs.Result: 1.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: the efficiency of the experimental group was 88.2%,the control group had an efficiency of 74.0%,and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);2.Comparison of the efficacy of GERD correlation pharyngeal heterosity index: the effective rate of the experimental group was 92.2%,the effective rate of the control group was 76.0%,and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);3.Comparison of single symptoms: the experimental group had better therapeutic effects on heartburn,acid rejection,chest discomfort,dry mouth and bitterness(P<0.05),and significantly better than the control group(P<0.01)in improving the symptoms of pharyngeal discomfort,swallow dissetment,coughing in the middle of the night.The two groups had no statistically significant on hoarse voice,stomach ruffer’s stuffiness and fullness(P>0.05);4.Comparison of recurrence rate: 6.67 percent in the experimental group and 32.43 percent in the control group.The recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with good long-term effect.Conclusion: The clinical effect of GERD-associated pharyngeal of the joint programme of Jiangniliyanfang combined with lanthalazole is significantly better than that of single-use lanzorazole,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with GERD-associated pharyngeal heteroathesia.No toxic side effects have been observed,and the long-term effect is good,and can be further popularized in clinical treatment. |
