Study On Professor Cheng Liangbin’s Medication Rule For Liver Cancer Based On Data Mining

Part Ⅰ: The theoretical research on the treatment of liver cancer by TCMObjective: To analyze and summarize the current theory of treating liver cancer in Chinese medicine,and to dig out and analyze whether the medicine of xinlun is the common medicine for the treatment of jaundice.Methods: Through searching CNKI database and combining with paper literature,the present understanding and treatment of liver cancer in TCM were expounded.Conclusion: it is generally believed in traditional Chinese medicine that liver cancer is not only related to inborn endowment,but also closely related to acquired living environment,dietary rhythm,invasion of poisonous evil,and the rise and fall of healthy qi.Liver cancer is located in the liver and is closely related to the spleen,stomach and kidney,so dialectical treatment should be conducted according to the clinical symptoms of patients.The second part: Based on data mining,Professor Cheng Liangbin’s drug use rule in the treatment of liver cancerObjective: To study the regularity of Professor Cheng Liangbin’s medication in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods: By collecting liang-bin cheng,a professor at the clinic patients with liver cancer receiving prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines used as basic data,establishing database of liver cancer drugs,different name,name of drug and unified specification,after data preprocessing,the use of frequency analysis,clustering analysis and various data mining methods for data statistics,analysis liang-bin cheng,professor of treatment of liver cancer drug laws,and analysis of network pharmacology deep mining.Results: Professor Cheng Liangbin used Atractylodes Atractylodes,Licorice Herb,Scylla Scylla,Angelica Sinensis,Codonopsis Codonopsis,Artemisia sinensis,Trionyx Trionyx,Paeonia lactiflora,Herba diffusa,Turmeric Root,Fructus Aurantii,Yam,Astragalus membranaceus,Coix seed,Bupleurum,Six Divine Comedy,Zalaria auguguinea,Malt in the prescription of TCM for liver cancer patients.In terms of the five flavors,sweet Chinese medicine is the first,bitter,flat and plenum medicine is the second,and cold(slightly cold)is the main one,and warm medicine is also used.In the treatment of liver cancer,the spleen is the first,followed by the liver,and the stomach,lung and kidney are the second,which proves that Professor Cheng Liangbin has focused on the spleen in the treatment of liver cancer.The main components of traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of liver cancer and the main pathways of drug therapy were analyzed by network pharmacology.
