Study On The Differences Between The "Heart Can’t Store Spirit" Type And "Kidney Can’t Store Will" Type Divided By TCM Insomnia Classification Of Five-God On Serum DA Contents

Objective:Based on the research progress of the five gods classification method of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine,to further explore and analyze the difference of serum DA content between central heart can’t store spirit type and kidney can’t store will type in this method,in order to provide objective reference basis for the classification of five gods of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine,and it lays a foundation for the study of the five gods theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:This topic in January 2019 to January 2020,from xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine was sick in hospital patients collected in accord with standard of wakefulness,diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnostic criteria cases in group a total of 60 cases of insomnia,refer to the five gods classification standard of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine,select 30 patients with heart can’t store spirit type and 30 patients with kidney can’t store will type;At the same time,30 cases of the normal control group that met the inclusion conditions were screened out from the outpatient department of the physical examination center of the hospital.By detecting the serum DA content of the subjects in the three groups,and analyzing and comparing them,to explore the difference of serum DA content between the three groups.Result:In the comparison of the serum DA content of the three groups,there was a difference in the serum DA content of the heart can’t store spirit group and the normal control group(P<0.01),and there was a difference in the serum DA content of the kidney can’t store will group and the normal control group(P<0.01),and the serum DA content of the heart can’t store spirit group and the kidney can’t store will group were significantly higher than that of the normal control group.In the comparison of serum DA content between the two cases of groups,there was a difference in serum DA content between the heart can’t store spirit group and kidney can’t store will group(P<0.01),and the serum DA content was higher in heart group than that in kidney can’t store will group.Conclusion:There was a significant difference in the serum DA content between the kidney can’t store will group and the heart can’t store spirit group of the five gods.The awakening time of the heart can’t store spirit group and kidney can’t store will group was longer than that of the control group.The awakening time of the heart can’t store spirit group was longer than that of the kidney can’t store will group.The distribution of serum DA content was different in different types of insomnia patients.
