| Purpose: Although physical activity has a positive impact on the intervention of children with autism,it is only at the stage of research and exploration. There are few theoretical studies on the correlation between the motor ability of children with autism and the degree of autism. On the basis of physical activity intervention and motor ability research for children with autism, through physical activity intervention, explore the influence of physical activity on the motor ability of autistic children,so as to provide reference for rehabilitation training and effect evaluation of autistic children. Methods: In this study,10 male children aged 8-12 years were recruited for 10weeks(twice a week, each time 70 minutes)exercise intervention, and the motor ability of the participants was tested using BOT-2 scale before and after the intervention,to explore the effect of physical activity intervention on the motor ability of children with autism.Near infrared spectroscopy(f NIRS)was used to detect the changes of blood sample concentration in the motor areas of the brain of children with autism, and to calculate the resting functional connections in the motor areas of the brain, and to analyze the influence of physical activities on the resting functional connections of the motor areas of the brain.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to explore the relationship between motor ability and resting-function connectivity.Results:(1)Before and after the activity intervention, the differences in BOT scores of children with autism are as follows: In the large muscle group test item: 9.15-meter reentry running(t=-5.811,p=0.000);standing on one foot with the dominant foot (t=-3.162,p=0.012);walking on the balance beam(U=8.5,Z=-3.278,p=0.001);symmetrical and coordinated beats with the index finger and feet(U=15,Z=-3.199,p=0.001);jumping and clapping(U=19,Z=-2.455,p=0.014);Liding double-legged long jump(t=-4.993,p=0.001).In the small muscle group event: catch the ball from the opponent with both hands(U=4.5,Z=-3.88,p=0.000);target throw accuracy(U=15.5,Z=-2.839,p=0.005);hand-eye coordination reaction speed(U=20.5,Z=-2.27,p=0.023);draw a parallel and penetrating straight line between two parallel lines(U=24,Z=-2.082,p=0.037);re-copy a circle with the dominant hand(U =19,Z=-2.644,p=0.008);Re-copy two pencils with opposite directions with the dominant hand: the average score of the pre-test is 0.60(0,1),the average score of the post-test is 1.40(1,2),U=20,Z=-2.466,p=0.014(U=10.5,Z=-3.225,p=0.001);dot the circle in sequence with the dominant hand(t=-4.993,p=0.001).After the intervention of physical activity, there are significant differences in the scores of motor ability before and after the autistic children.(2)There was no significant difference in the overall mean value of brain motor area functional connection before and after exercise intervention,Hb R signal(t=-1.092,p=0.3034);Hb O signal(t=-1.167,p=0.2732));Hb T signal(t=-0.6294,p=0.5447),but the t values are all negative, which shows that the post-test is better than the pre-test.The differences in the "edges" of the resting function connection of the brain motor areas before and after exercise intervention are as follows: Hb O signal10 "edges";Hb R signal 8 "edges",Hb T signal 8 "edges" are significant.(3)There is no correlation between the motor ability score of children with autism after receiving physical activity intervention and the resting function of the brain motor area(p >0.05).Conclusion: The motor ability of children with autism has been improved after receiving physical activity intervention, and the 8 test factors represented by each test item have significant differences;but there is no significant difference in the resting functional connection of the brain motor area;motor ability It is not related to the resting function of the brain. |
