| Objective:By our hospital confirmed by biopsy,comparing the clinical data and treatment of lung cancer Patients to investigate non-small cell lung cancer patients in western Yunnan,serum thyroid hormone levels of BNP and HGB content changes,For early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and for clinical evaluation of NSCLC Patients and Prognosis can be used as reference clinical evidence.Methods:the general data of 327 lung cancer Patients who was treated in the DePartment of Inhalation Medicine of the First Affiliated HosPital of Dali University from January 2017 to June 2020 were analyzed.And to comPare the incidence and severity of anemia in NSCLC with its clinical characteristics.Secondly,The differences of serum thyroid stimulating hormone levels between 279 Patients with squamous cell lung cancer and 302 medical Person were analyzed,and the differences of serum thyroid hormone levels and BNP levels of Patients with squamous cell lung cancer before and after chemotheraPy were analyzed.Finally,the diagnostic value of thyroid hormone in clinical staging and metastasis of NSCLC Patients was evaluated.Results:1.The pathological type of 327 Patients with lung malignant tumor treated in our hospital is adenocarcinoma,followed by squamous cell carcinoma.Squamous cell carcinoma predominates in males and adenocarcinoma predominates in females(χ2=72.419,P<0.001).Squamous cell tumor is the main type of smoking patients,and adenocarcinoma is the main type of non-smoking patients(x2=53.224,P<0.001).Squamous cell carcinoma is a central type of lung cancer.Adenocarcinoma is aperipheral lung cancer(χ2=200.02,P<0.001).The imaging manifestations of lung cancer are mass shadow,bronchial stenosis or obstruction,Squamous cell carcinoma dominated.Lung adenocarcinoma may present with pulmonary opacity(all P<0.05),pleural effusion,and hilar mediastinal lymph node enlargement(all P<0.05).2.The plasma CEA and CA125 content of adenocarcinoma patients is high.The pasma CYFRA21-1 content of squamous cell carcinoma patients is high.Patients with small cell lung cancer have high plasma NSE and ProGRP content(P<0.05).3.Anemia occurred in stage ⅢB-Ⅳ of NSCLC more than in stage Ⅰ-Ⅲa.Anemia occurred in patients with metastasis than in patients without metastasis.There were more patients with stage ⅢB-Ⅳ Anemia is moderate or above in NSCLC than patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅲa.There were more patients with moderate and severe anemia in metastasis group than in non-metastasis group(P<0.05).4.Serum FT3,TT3,and FT4 levels were bring down in the squamous cell lung cancer group than in the healthy subjects(P<0.001).Serum FT3,TT3,and FT4 were bring down in patients with Ⅲb-Ⅳ than in patients with Ⅰ-Ⅲa of NSCLC,and BNP levels were higher in patients with Ⅲb-Ⅳ of NSCLC.levels of FT3,TT3 and FT4 were increased in patients with NSCLC who had received chemotherapy.The levels of FT3,TT3 and FT4 were bring down in NSCLC sick with transfer than those without.(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The pathological classification of lung cancer is closely related to gender,smoking and anatomical position.Tumor markers are expressed differently in different pathological types of lung cancer,and the detection of their levels is helpful to judge the pathological types of lung cancer.2.Anemia in patients with NSCLC and the severity of anemia are associated with the onset and metastasis of lung cancer.3.The determination of serum thyroid hormone and BNP levels is helpful to judge the condition of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and evaluate the prognosis. |
