Study On The Law Of Drug Application Of The Main Prescriptions In Wushou’s "Shang Han Yun Yao Quan Shu"

Purposes:By combing the main prescriptions used in "Shang han yun yao quan shu" written by Wu Shou,this paper sums up the application scope of various prescriptions in the book,and summarizes the rules of addition and subtraction,so as to find out the characteristics of Wu Shou’s prescriptions.Compared with "Shang Hanlun",it analyzes the inheritance and development of Zhongjing’s academic treatment,prescription and medication,in order to benefit academic research and clinical application.Methods:Statistics of all prescriptions in shanghanyunyaoquanshu,and complete entry.According to the classification method of "syndrome based on Prescriptions",the internal prescriptions were mainly based on the original,supplemented by manual analysis,and the pathogenesis was the main identification core.This paper classifies and analyzes the commonly used drugs in all kinds of prescriptions,excavates the commonness and characteristics,summarizes the use of all kinds of prescriptions,and compares with"Shang han lun",to explore Wu Shou’s inheritance and development of Zhongjing’s scholarship,as well as the characteristics of Wu Shou’s prescriptions.Results:1.According to the statistics of 1188 oral prescriptions,it is concluded that there are 266 kinds of prescriptions.Comparing the 10 kinds of prescriptions with the highest frequency of use in the main body with the 10 kinds of prescriptions with the largest number of additions and subtractions in the whole book,taking their common prescriptions,it is found that there are 7 kinds of prescriptions in the whole book,namely Xiaochaihu Decoction,Guizhi Decoction,Sini Decoction,Lizhong decoction,WUlingsan decoction,Siwu Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction,Change is the most flexible.2.Through the analysis and summary of the symptoms,syndrome types and addition and subtraction drugs of the seven kinds of prescriptions mainly used in "Shang han yun yao quan shu",it is concluded that the syndromes of Xiaochaihu Decoction are mainly caused by dampness heat,plilegm turbidity,water retention,visceral excess constipation,and the majority of them are heat syndrome.The increasing drugs are mainly dehumidification,expectorant and diuretic drugs such as jugeng,Trichosanthes kirilowii,Yinchen,Fuling,and antipyretic drugs such as Coptis and gardenia The prescriptions of Guizhi Decoction are mostly deficiency and excess syndrome,and the exterior and interior diseases are the same.The prescriptions of Sini decoction are mostly Yang deficiency syndrome Yin cold,yin-yang grid refused to syndrome,increased drugs are mostly Qingbai,Ganjiang,Fuzi and other drugs for warming yang and dispersing cold,traffic up and down;Lizhong Decoction prescriptions are mostly deficiency cold of middle Jiao,water dampness stopping,ascending and descending disorders,Qi disorder,increased drugs are mainly tangerine peel,Magnolia officinalis,pinellia,clove,Muxiang and other Qi regulating drugs,Poria cocos,Huoxiang and other dehumidification and diuresis drugs,Guizhi,Fuzi and other Yang warming drugs;Wuling powder In the prescriptions and syndromes of Siwu Decoction,the common symptoms are stagnation of water and dampness,disorder of Qi,deficiency of body fluid and Qi,dampness and heat block;in addition,drugs such as Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and talc are used to clear away heat and dampness;in addition,drugs such as radix puerariae,radix puerariae,gardenia,Cortex Moutan,Radix Bupleuri,radix rehmanniae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Scutellariae,Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Gardeniae,Radix Paeoniae,Radix Rehmanniae The four kinds of prescriptions and syndromes of Sijunzi decoction are mainly composed of non digestion of diet,stagnation of food in the middle energizer,and stomach qi ascending and descending.The increasing drugs are mainly composed of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Pinellia ternata,Qingpi,Zhishi,Amomum villosum,Xiangfu,clove,Muxiang,and Xiaoshi Huaji,such as Shenqu,malt,hawthorn.3.Compared with "Shang han lun",Wu Shou used Guizhi Decoction and Wuling powder in the same way as Zhongjing;supplemented Xiaochaihu Decoction in fever,headache and deafness;supplemented Sini Decoction in perspiration,thirst and tongue coating;supplemented Lizhong Decoction in pain and complexion.The contraindications of Xiaochaihu Decoction were listed as follows:Taiyang meridian exterior heat and Yangming Meridian standard heat are not available;deficiency cold is not available;women with new birth fever should be cautious;pregnant women should be cautious.Conclusion:Wu Shou supplemented some prescriptions and syndromes in "Shang han lun" and listed contraindications.His prescriptions were characterized by paying attention to unobstructed Qi,being good at both attacking and tonifying,and liking cold and cool drugs.It has a certain value for the academic development of typhoid,and can be beneficial to clinical.
