Clinical Observation On Treatment Of CKD And Digestive Tract Symptoms By Wenyang Jiangzhuo Method

Purpose: To observe the clinical medical effect of Tongyang Jiangzhuo method on digestive tract symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and dampness syndrome.Method: Randomly divide the 60 patients who ill with CKD and Digestive Tract Symptoms into a test group and a control experiment.the experiment which get commanded by researchers,the basic medicines were used in combination with the Bai-ling capsules for the treatment,and except base in the basic medicines,the test group was treated with Lateral root-Japonica rice soup and other Chinese herbal medicine.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Record the index values of SCR,Bun,gastrin 17,TCM symptoms,symptom accumulation scores whether it is before or after curative measures,and use effective statistical methods to evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)The total high valid of the control test was 70.00%,and the total high recovery rate of the test group was 86.67%.The test group was better than the control experiment.(2)There are significant differences in laboratory index values such as left and right kidney function,e GFR,the urine protein in the 24 hours which quantitived by the test machine,and gastrin 17 whether it is before or after curative measures(p <0.05).This suggests that both two groups will remedy CKD and Digestive Tract Symptoms get into better state in a way。Thereinto,The 24-hour proteinuria and gastrin 17 in the test group is distinct higher than the control experiment(p <0.01).There was basically no distinctt difference in the detective bloody between the both of laboratorial groups(p>0.05),indicating that there was no significant changes before and after laboratorial test.The safety targets such as weight rest,vital signs like pulse and else,ECG examination,urethral ultrasound,electrolyte solution and other safety factors are not distinct influence,p>0.05,indicating that the level of change before and after treatments have low charge.Conclusion: The method of tonifying yang and lowering turbidity can valid perfect condition which patients illed with CKD and Digestive Tract Symptoms。And that method can reduce the nitrogen in the blood,recover anemia caused by the CKD,relieve protein outflow,and improve patient digestion road symptoms.
