Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis (Hepatogastric Disharmony Syndrome) With Xiefuning Granule

Objective: This topic clinical studies of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(liver and stomach syndrome)observed clinical effects and symptoms change,statistical analysis of test results,exploring the flanks Granules treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis of efficacy and safety,Thereby expanding the clinical treatment range of Xiefuning Granules.Methods: In this study,patients were randomly computer generated,collected in November 2019 to December 2020 diagnosed by Changchun Medical University Hospital affiliated clinic is chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Syndrome and Syndrome)a total of 72 cases.The selected cases were divided into two groups,i.e.treatment group of 36 patients,36 cases in the control group,the treatment group received orally 3 times daily Xiefuning Granules 10 g.The control group received Qizhiweitong granule 5g orally three times a day.The two groups are 28-day course of treatment.The information of patients was recorded by recording the TCM syndrome score table of chronic non atrophic gastritis(liver stomach disharmony syndrome)treated by Xiefuning granule.Data Sheet Application SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,the final conclusion.Results:This study enrolled 72 patients,the treatment group and the control group patients off two cases,i.e.treatment group,34 patients,34 cases in the control group.Both groups were age,sex,disease duration were no significant differences(P>0.05),comparable.In the treatment group patients recovered in 8 cases,15 cases,8 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 91.18%,clinical control group were cured three cases,9 cases,effective in 19 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency 76.47 %,suggesting that the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);Symptoms total score of the two groups of patients,each individual points,before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);In the comparison group,the treatment group and control group in epigastric pain,two threatened fullness,belching,acid reflux noisy,good Taixi aspect,before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01);Comparison between the two groups,the two threatened fullness,belching,acid reflux treatment of noisy group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),in epigastric pain,good Taixi the treatment and control groups was not statistically Significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Granule Xiefuning clinical treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Syndrome and Syndrome)have a significant effect,the effective rate was 91.18%.Broaden the thinking and methods of treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.2.Compared with Qizhiweitong granule,Xiefuning granule has more advantages in improving symptoms of swelling,belching and noisy acid reaction of two flanks(P <0.05)3.After treatment,the treatment group no obvious symptoms,no specific adverse reactions.No clinical adverse events,indicating that flank Granules strong safety,deserve further study and promotion.
