| Objective:1.To study the effects of finger pressing on body weight,food intake and fat accumulation of simple obesity rabbit model;2.To study the effects of finger pressing on blood glucose,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and other biochemical indexes of simple obesity rabbit model;3 Objective to study the effect of finger pressing on serum IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1 β,CRP and other inflammatory factors in simple obesity rabbit model,so as to provide theoretical basis for exploring the biological mechanism of simple obesity and clinical massage treatment and prevention of simple obesity.MethodThe body weight of rabbits has been recorded during the experiment.After a week of adaptive feeding,the experimental animals were randomly divided into control group(n = 6)and high-fat feeding group(n = 24)according to body weight,and the model was established.At the beginning of the modeling stage,the rabbits in the control group were fed with normal diet,while the rabbits in the high-fat feeding group were fed with high-fat diet.All the experimental animals were fed freely for 10 weeks.After successful modeling,the high-fat feeding group was divided into 4 groups according to body weight: model group(n = 6),food restriction group(n = 6),drug treatment group(n = 6)and finger pressing group(n = 6).After grouping,fasting blood glucose and serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C levels of rabbits in each group were detected,and the intervention stage was entered.After 8 weeks of intervention,the body weight changes of rabbits were counted;the abdominal,omental,mesenteric and perirenal fat of rabbits were weighed and fat coefficient was calculated;fasting blood glucose and serum levels of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were detected again;the serum levels of inflammatory factors such as IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1 β and CRP were detected by ELISA.Result1.Before the beginning of the model,there was no significant difference in the body weight between the control group and the high-fat feeding group(P > 0.05);before the beginning of the intervention,the average body weight of the rabbits in the high-fat feeding group exceeded the average body weight of the rabbits in the control group by 20%,indicating the success of the model;before the beginning of the intervention,there was no significant difference in the body weight among the model group,the food restriction group,the finger pressing group and the drug treatment group(P > 0.05).2.After the intervention,the body weight of rabbits in the finger pressing group and the food restriction group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01).The body weight of rabbits in the drug treatment group had no significant change before and after treatment(P > 0.05).After the intervention,all the other groups had statistical significance compared with the control group(P < 0.01).3.After the intervention,the fat content of the finger pressing group,the food restriction group and the drug treatment group was reduced compared with the model group(P < 0.01);the fat content of the finger pressing group was less than that of the drug treatment group(P <0.01),but there was no statistical difference compared with the food restriction group(P >0.05).Compared with the model group,the fat coefficient of finger pressing group,drug treatment group and food restriction group also had significant difference(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the fat coefficient between the two groups(P > 0.05).The fat coefficient of the drug treatment group was significantly higher than that of the two groups(P< 0.01).4.After the intervention,compared with before the intervention,the fasting blood glucose of model group,control group,finger pressing group and food restriction group all changed to a certain extent(P < 0.05);in terms of TC,after the intervention,the serum TC concentration of finger pressing group and food restriction group were significantly improved(P < 0.01);in terms of TG,the serum TG concentration of control group and finger pressing group were decreased(P < 0.05),The difference was more significant in the control group(P< 0.01);in terms of LDL-C,the indexes of the control group,finger pressing group and food restriction group decreased after intervention(P < 0.05),and the difference in the finger pressing group was extremely significant(P < 0.01);in terms of HDL-C,the serum concentration of the model group decreased(P < 0.05),and the serum concentration of the control group,finger pressing group and drug treatment group decreased 01).5.After the intervention,compared with the food restriction group and drug treatment group,the contents of serum IL-1 β and CRP in the finger pressing group were lower than those in the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Massage,medicine and food restriction intervention can reduce the content of IL-6 and TNF-α in obesity model,but there are still differences in regulating the level of serum IL-6 between finger pressing group and drug treatment group and food restriction group(P < 0.05)Conclusion1.Finger pressing method can significantly reduce the body weight and fat coefficient of obesity rabbits to improve fat distribution and obesity state.2.Finger pressing method can significantly improve the blood glucose and blood lipid of simple obese rabbits,and improve the indexes of fasting blood glucose,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,which indicates the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism.3.Finger pressing method can reduce inflammatory factors in serum of simple obesity rabbits like TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β and CRP and improve the inflammatory state of obese rabbits,which is of great significance for the normal metabolic environment of the body. |
