Clinical Observation Of Peitu Guyuan Jianshi Decoction Combined With Chiropractic Therapy In Treating Infantile Anorexia(spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type)

Objective: By knead ridge technique combined with peitu guyuan for the treatment of anorexia of spleen and kidney deficiency,and comparing with the treatment of jianpi yangwei granules,to observe its clinical efficacy,to provide a new syndrome type reference,theoretical basis,treatment formula and clinical ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: After passing the syndrome differentiation in this test,a total of 90 children with anorexia in children with spleen and kidney deficiency in accordance with the clinical syndrome were collected.The selected observation cases were grouped by random numbers and divided into three groups: Peitu Guyuan Jinshi Decoction combined with chiropractic treatment(referred to as treatment group 1)30 cases,Peitu Guyuan Jinshi Decoction(referred to as treatment group 2)28,were treated with Jianpi Yangwei Granules(referred to as the control group)29 cases.A total of 4 courses of treatment were observed in this trial,of which 7 days per course of treatment.Through the comparison of the main symptom,concomitant symptom score and curative effect between the three groups before and after treatment,a conclusion is drawn.Results:1 During this trial,there were a total of 3 cases of falling out,including 2 cases(2.22%)in the treatment group 2 and 1 case(1.11%)in the control group.Shedding cases contracted other diseases during treatment.Before treatment,after statistical analysis,the course of disease,gender,and age were compared among the three groups.The P values were all greater than 0.05,indicating that the three groups are comparable.2 After treatment(4 courses),comparing the scores of the main symptoms of the three groups before and after treatment,the three groups improved the main symptoms,and the two treatment groups were better than the control group(P<0.01).Comparing the complication scores,it was found that the treatment group 1 improved the symptoms of hair,sweating,abdominal distension,and stool significantly,and was better than the treatment group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).The three groups improved in the treatment of complexion,mental state and other symptoms,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3 Comparing the total effective rate of the three groups after treatment,the treatment group 1 was 96.67%,the treatment group 2 was 89.29%,and the control group was 68.96%.After data testing,P<0.05,which is comparable.After follow-up,the recurrence rates of the three groups were: treatment group 1: 16.67%,treatment group 2:45.45%,and control group 68.0%,indicating that treatment group 1 has a significant effect on infantile anorexia with spleen and kidney deficiency,and is more suitable for Clinically,it can reduce the recurrence rate of anorexia in children.Conclusion: Chiropractic combined with Peitu Guyuan eating decoction can significantly improve appetite,appetite and other syndromes of TCM in children with anorexia with spleen and kidney deficiency.It has high safety and effectiveness,low recurrence rate,and can be used by the majority of children’s families.Compared with Jianpi Yangwei granules,it highlights the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.It is a new scheme and new idea for the treatment of infantile anorexia,and has certain clinical application value.
