| Yi medicine is an indispensable part of China’s traditional medicine.In the process of observing natural astronomy,meteorology and geography as well as fighting against diseases,Yi people have accumulated a great deal of experience in disease prevention and treatment and gradually discovered the relationship and laws between human and universe,thus forming their own medicine system of Yi people.Yi people have a deep understanding of ‘poison’ due to the particularity of their living environment,but as a broad concept,‘poison’ is lack of systematic exposition in Yi medical literature.Based on the classic literature of Yi medicine,this paper excavates and collates the relevant exposition of Yi medicine ‘poison’,summarizes the concept of Yi medicine ‘poison’,in order to clarify the specific connotation of Yi medicine ‘poison’ and provide reference for modern understanding and application.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction of Yi medicine.This part through intensive reading Yi medicine theory of classic literature,on the basic theory of Yi medicine three gas theory,five elements theory of Yi,Eight-Diagram of Yi from three aspects,and the second gas,the six flavors of the Yi people’s medicine theory,trend of drug,medication features five aspects to brief introduction of the theory of Yi ethnic medicine,lay a theoretical foundation to the research of the paper.The second part is based on the classical literature of Yi medicine ‘poison’.related discussion collation research.This part mainly summarizes the relevant discussions on‘poison’ in Yi’s classic literature of medicine from three aspects:poison associated with the cause,Poison associated with the disease and drug toxicity.Paper based on the Basic Theory of Ethic Chinese Yi Medicine,The Main Points of Ethic Chinese Yi Medicine,Ethic Chinese Yi Medicine,and other books and spread to other medicine and relevant content of bimo classics and cause of Yi ethnic medicine ‘poison’,discusses related to find Yi medical in the understanding of poison mainly concentrated in two aspects of etiology and drug,and the etiology of diseases related to poison in the content and content have mutual penetration,therefore,will be most content with poison causes,the induction of 15 kinds of causes and its characteristics and treatment of finishing.In this paper,I’ve sorted out 224 drugs from The Pharmacology of Ethic Chinese Yi Medicine,The Main Points of Ethic Chinese Yi Medicine and The Herbs of Ethic Chinese Yi Medicine,I found that spicy drugs,sour drugs and drug that acts on the liver was the majority of the drugs.The third part is a comparative study.This part will be Yi medicine,Chinese medicine,Dai medicine from ‘poison’ in the medical,comparing the two aspects of understanding and the toxic drugs found in the three understanding of poison,from etiology,symptoms and medication to know ‘poison’,each are not identical,but formed by the three theory of traditional Chinese medicine with the theory of turbidity toxin,Yi medicine toxic evil theory,Dai medicine ‘Ya Jie’ theory,the three have their characteristics.In terms of the understanding of drugs,there are 23 kinds of toxic drugs shared by Yi medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and 18 kinds of toxic grade records are the same.In terms of drug toxicity grade,Yi medicine is more detailed than traditional Chinese medicine.There are 11 kinds of toxic drugs included in Yi medicine and Dai medicine,only 3 kinds of toxic records are the same,from which we can see the difference in treatment of drugs between Yi medicine and Dai medicine.The fourth part is the collection and collation of detoxification methods.This part sorts out and analyzes the detoxification methods of Yi medical classics from four aspects:processing detoxification,compatibility detoxification,internal treatment and external treatment.In total,five processing methods for toxic drugs with the characteristics of Yi medicine were sorted out.The results showed that the main function of drug compatibility in Yi medicine except for the basic function of correction of taste and odor was detoxification.The association analysis of the prescriptions in Formulas of Ethic Chinese Yi Medicine was carried out by statistical software,and 11 potential pairs of antidote compatible drugs were found,which indicated that there existed the thought of drug compatibility and detoxification in the Yi medicine theory.Internal detoxification cure formula for collection and analysis,found in the 110 prescriptions of detoxification,a total of 16 prescriptions containing toxic Yi medicine,14.5% of the total number of antidotal prescription,most frequently used drugs is Xiong Huang and Chong Lou,all are toxic Yi medicine,use frequency is 4 times and 3 times,reflects the Yi medical treatment thought just like ‘set a thief to catch a thief’.Seven external treatment methods by sorting out the external treatment methods of poison were obtained,including extraction and suction,air bath,sweating,medicine embedding,scraping,blowing and removing,all of which were special treatment methods of Yi doctors.Above all,the paper sorted out the Yi medicine about ‘poison’ from cognition,drugs,solution based on the classical literature of the Yi medicine,by comparing the traditional Chinese medicine and Dai medicine to Yi medicine what we found is Yi medicine have a comprehensive understanding on principle,method,prescription,drug of the poison,Yi medicine has almost complete theory about poison.This paper expect through The collation of toxic-related content of Yi medicine provide a literature basis on the subsequent diagnosis and treatment system of Yi medicine based on the ‘poison’ in treating diseases. |
