Objective:By comparing the intraoperative and postoperative evaluation indexes of transvaginal hysterectomy with laparoscopic hysterectomy, and transabdominal hysterectomy,as well as postoperative follow-up to study the effect of different surgical hysterectomy on non-prolapsed uterus. The effect of long-term pelvic floor function in patients with benign diseases. Methods:Selected from September 2019 to December 2019 in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the Second Hospital of Jilin University, and the non-prolapse of transvaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy.A total of 150 patients with sexual uterus and benign diseases.According to the different surgical routes,it is divided into a total vaginal hysterectomy group,a laparoscopic total hysterectomy group, and a transabdominal total hysterectomy group;(1)Retrospectively analyze the evaluation of the postoperative curative effect of the three surgical paths for patients with non-prolapsed uterus Evaluation criteria include operation time (minutes),blood loss(ml),postoperative anal exhaust time(days),time to get out of bed(days),postoperative hospitalization(days);(2)Three groups were collected through postoperative follow-up Brief Index of Sexual Function for Women(BISF-W)and Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20(PFDI-20)on long-term pelvic floor function were studied at 3 months,6 months, and 12 months after surgery.Results:1.In the comparison of age and parity between the three groups of patients,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference in the results.2.There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of blood loss and postoperative anal exhaust time between the total vaginal hysterectomy group and the laparoscopic total hysterectomy group. In terms of operation time, postoperative time to get out of bed,and postoperative hospital stay, the transvaginal total hysterectomy group was shorter than the laparoscopic total hysterectomy group, and compared with the transabdominal total hysterectomy group, not only in all aspects. The time required is short, and the amount of bleeding is small;Laparoscopic hysterectomy groups in operative time, postoperative bleeding, anal exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative hospital stay these five aspects of performance better than total abdominal hysterectomy group.3.In the Brief Index of Sexual Function for Women(BISF-W)score,,the total vaginal hysterectomy group was only 3 months after the operation, and there was no statistical difference between the BISF-W score and the laparoscopic total hysterectomy group. There were significant differences between the two groups at 6months and 12 months after surgery. The score of the transvaginal hysterectomy group was higher than that of the laparoscopic hysterectomy group; In comparison with the total abdominal hysterectomy group,3 months,6 months, and 12 months, the total vaginal hysterectomy group scored higher.Compared with the scores of the laparoscopic total hysterectomy group and the transabdominal total hysterectomy group at 3,6 and 12 months, the results were not statistically significant.4.In the Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20(PFDI-20)score,the scores of the total vaginal hysterectomy group at 3 months,6months and 12 months are significantly different from the scores of the laparoscopic total hysterectomy group and the total abdominal hysterectomy group. The transvaginal hysterectomy group had lower scores;Compared with the total laparoscopic hysterectomy group and the total vaginal hysterectomy group, there are statistical differences in the scores at 3 and 6 months. The score of the laparoscopic total hysterectomy group was lower than that of the transabdominal group. The 12-month score comparison between the laparoscopic total hysterectomy group and the transabdominal total hysterectomy group showed no statistical significance.Conclusions:1.Transvaginal hysterectomy is not much different from laparoscopic hysterectomy in terms of blood loss and postoperative anal exhaust time, and it performs better than transabdominal hysterectomy.2.Transvaginal hysterectomy has shorter operation time, shorter time to get out of bed after operation, shorter postoperative hospital stay, and more economical.3.From the point of view of sexual function and pelvic floor function, transvaginal hysterectomy has little effect on long-term pelvic floor function and sexual function in non-prolapsed uterine benign diseases.
