Objective:By comparing and analyzing the clinical data of patients with single-tract semi-tubeless minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and those with single-tract minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,to explore the effectiveness and safety of semi-tubeless minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithiasis in the treatment of upper urinary tract stone. Methods:This study retrospectively selected all patients with unilateral upper urinary tract stones who underwent single-tract minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy from October 2018 to October 2019 in the Department of Urology of our hospital.58 patients were selected, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. It has been confirmed that all patients completed stage 1 single-tract surgery, and the patients were grouped according to the surgical method.Among them,28 patientsin the observation group underwent semi-tubeless MPCNL;30 patients in the control group underwent standardized MPCNL.A comparative analysis of general information such as gender, age, stone size, and stone location, the operation time,24 hours postoperative Visual Analogue Scale, postoperative analgesic drug consumption,Hb change value, postoperative hospital stay, and the stone free rate after 4 weeks the operation were recorded,Postoperative fever, urine extravasation, renal function changes before and after surgeryResults:A total of 58 patients were slected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 58 patients were divided into observation group(semi-tubeless minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy)and control group(minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy).Comparing the difference between the observation group and the control group in preoperative general data such as gender, age, stone size, stone location, etc, the results were not statistically significant(p>0.05).The differences in operation time, postoperative Hb reduction, stone free rate,post-operative fever rate, incidence of urine extravasation, preoperative and postoperative Scr and BUN were compared between the two groups of patients. The results were not statistically significant(p>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups of patients in the 24 h VAS score, postoperative analgesic drug consumption, and the postoperative hospital stay(p<0.05).The 24 h VAS score, postoperative analgesic drug consumption, and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Semi-tubeless MPCNL can reduce postoperative pain and the use of analgesics, shorten the postoperative hospital stay, and do not increase the occurrence of postoperative complications.(2)For elective cases,semi-tubeless MPCNL is worthy promotion and a safe, economical, and effective treatment for upper urinary tract stones.
