Research On The Community Emergency Ability In Public Health Emergency Events

Since the founding of new China,there have been many major public health emergencies in China.Faced with the test of "war" without gunpowder,all the people won again and again under the leadership of the party and state leaders.At the same time,they also left valuable experience for our country to carry out epidemic prevention and control work in the future.The novel corona-virus pneumonia outbreak broke the calm in the past 2019 when the epidemic came again.The epidemic prevention and control work has achieved a success in China after more than a year of hard fighting.However,the work of "foreign input and internal anti rebound" is still in progress.With the rapid development of the world economy and the increasingly frequent international exchanges and interactions,the unstable factors of public health security are increasing.Frequent public health emergencies not only endanger people’s lives and health,but also may affect the stable development of society.Epidemic prevention and control has become a common problem facing the world.As one of the earlier countries to deal with the epidemic,China has explored a path of community anti epidemic during the period of epidemic prevention and control,which effectively curbed the spread of the epidemic.However,in the actual epidemic prevention and control work,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the community’s emergency response capacity.The author collected the epidemic data of H city from March 6,2020 to March 6,2021 through the information released by the official website of Health Committee of H city.After statistical analysis,combined with the overall situation of domestic epidemic situation and the geographical location and administrative division of H City,the author selected G Street Community epidemic prevention and control work in D District of H city as a typical case to study.Then,through the field survey of G street,it is found that there are some problems in G Street Community in terms of emergency response ability,such as the insufficient ability of community staff to protect the personal information of community residents;in terms of emergency support ability,the lack of high-quality talents and high-tech application;in terms of emergency preparedness ability,the limited practicality of emergency plan;in terms of emergency mobilization ability.On the other hand,community management lacks authority and residents lack self-protection consciousness.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems.On this basis,in the face of the above problems in the community,the author refers to the relevant experience of foreign countries to deal with the above problems,and puts forward the path to improve the community emergency response ability,mainly including: standardizing the behavior of information collection personnel,enhancing the residents’ self-awareness of information protection,promoting the improvement of community emergency response ability;starting from strengthening the talent guarantee and increasing the application of high-tech.In order to improve the ability of community emergency support,we should pay attention to risk assessment and strengthen the dynamic management of emergency plan as the key point to promote the ability of community emergency preparedness,and we should make clear the status of the community and attach importance to emergency knowledge education as the goal to promote the ability of community emergency mobilization.These studies not only provide suggestions for the community to improve the emergency response ability,emergency support ability,emergency preparedness ability and emergency mobilization ability,but also provide reference for enhancing the community’s overall emergency response ability under public health emergencies.
