Objective: To observe the curative effect of infantile massage combined with scraping in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome and its effect on the quality of life of children,so as to provide clinical basis for optimizing the formation of clinical diagnosis and treatment scheme and promoting the promotion and application of infantile massage combined with scraping in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome.Methods: A one-armed clinical study design was used to recruit 50 children who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from the pediatric outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.Infantile massage with scraping treatment,massage treatment 30 min at a time,1 time at a day,5 day at a course of treatment.A total of 2 courses of treatment,1-2d rest between each;Scraping should be treated once on the first day of each course of treatment,for a total of two times.TCM Symptoms Scale,parent cough specific quality questionnaire(PC-QOL-8)and Cough Symptoms Scale were selected as the efficacy evaluation criteria.Before and after treatment,cough symptom scale,Chinese medicine symptom scale and PC-QOL-8 were selected as efficacy evaluation indexes to statistically analyze the clinical efficacy of infantile massage combined with scraping in children.Results: A total of 50 children were included in this clinical regimen,of which 3 cases fell off and 47 cases were effective.(1)Clinical efficacy evaluation: After 2 courses of treatment,9 cases were cured,24 cases showed clinical effect,8 cases were effective,9cases were ineffective(including 3 cases of shedding),and the total clinical effective rate was 82%.(2)Evaluation of TCM syndrome scores: After 2 courses of treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01).After two courses of treatment,the symptoms of cough and sputum,the main symptoms of TCM,were relieved after treatment,and there was a significant difference between before and after treatment(P < 0.01).After 2 courses of treatment,the Chinese medicine secondary symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose,pharyngeal signs,snoring,food less and lack of appetite,breath,urine,stool,tongue,pulse improved compared with before and after treatment,there were significant differences(P < 0.01).(3)Score evaluation of cough symptoms : after 2 courses of treatment,cough symptoms were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01).(4)Evaluation of PC-QOL-8 scores: After 2 courses of treatment,the scores of PC-QOL-8 were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P< 0.01).Conclusion:(1)Infantile massage with scraping on the upper airway cough syndrome(damp-heat accumulated in the lung)has a better clinical effect,the total effective rate can reach 82%.(2)Infantile massage with scraping can effectively improve the cough,sputum and other main symptoms of children with upper airway cough syndrome,for children with runny nose,less food,bad breath and other secondary symptoms also has obvious therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the quality of life of children.(3)Infantile massage with scraping can effectively improve the quality of life of children with upper airway cough syndrome.
