Objective:The purpose of this study was to report the clinical characteristics of 11 cases of cutaneous extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma,to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods:eleven patients of cutaneous extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma who were diagnosed by cutaneous histopathological examination from May 2014 to January2020 in The First Affiliated Hospital and Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College. The clinical characteristics、 skin lesion characteristics、laboratory examinations、immunohistochemical results、diagnosis and treatment methods and prognosis were collected by retrospective analysis of all patients and literature review. Most of patients were III-IV stage and Medium-high risk group according to the Ann Arbor staging and KPI scoring. The median survival time of the 8 patients who received treatment was 6.65 months. Results: CENKTL is prevalent in middle-aged and elderly male patients, with a median age of 50 years.Skin lesions mostly involve limbs and trunk, often manifesting as nodules, erythema, and ulcers. Most of the Ann Arbor stages were IIIIV,and most of the IPI scores were high-risk group. The disease is often complicated with HPS and has a poor prognosis.Six patients of ENKTL with HPS died, and the median survival time after diagnosising of HPS was only 9.5 days. Conclusion : CENKTL is relatively rare and generally refers to the treatment of extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma. The disease has rapid clinical progress and most patients have a poor prognosis. When making a clear diagnosis of lymphoma,we should actively check whether it is possible to be complicated with HPS,and the prognosis of patients with HPS is poor.
