Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of 7 atypical antipsychotics combined with SSRIs in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder using the method of network meta-analysis.Methods: Search the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,Pub Med,Embase and Cochrane Library,and search for RCTs of atypical antipsychotics combined with SSRIs for treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The search time is set to the database to In June 2020,two researchers will screen the literature,extract data and evaluate the risk bias respectively,and finally use Stata 15.0 software to analyze the data of the included studies.Results:1.The results of the network meta-analysis showed that,in terms of treatment efficiency,the 7 atypical antipsychotics combined with SSRIs were better than the SSRIs and placebo alone.SUCAR shows that olanzapine works best.2.In terms of Y-BOCS score,7 atypical antipsychotics combined with SSRIs are better than using SSRIs and placebo alone.SUCAR results show that olanzapine is the best.3.In terms of HAMA score,SUCAR results show that amisulpride has the best effect.4.In terms of TESS score,SUCAR results show that amisulpride has the best effect.Conclusion: Atypical antipsychotics combined with SSRIs are better than SSRIs in treating refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.Olanzapine has the best effect and Amisulpride has the highest safety.
