| Objectives:This topic research of colorectal cancer patients’ positive psychological capital,the status quo of health promotion behavior and life quality,analyzes the positive psychological capital,health promotion behavior and quality of life are influenced by what factors,and explore the colorectal cancer patients’ positive psychological capital,health promotion behavior and correlation between quality of life.In order to further study and develop relevant measures in clinical nursing work,seek the correct psychological nursing countermeasures and can promote healthy behavior,so as to help patients with colorectal cancer to improve the quality of life and provide relevant theoretical basis.Methods:This study used a convenient sampling method to select 145 patients with colorectal cancer who met he criteria of this study in three Level A Tertiary Hospitals in Jilin Province and Shandong Province from December 2019 to November 2020.The research tools included general social demographic data,the Positive psychological Capital questionnaire(PPQ),the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)and Quality of Life in Patients with Cancer Scale.The data collected was analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results:1.The positive psychological capital score of colorectal cancer patients was(123.88±17.20),which was at the average level.The scores of positive psychological capital of colorectal cancer patients included in this study ranged from high to low in order of optimism,hope,self-efficacy and resilience.Univariate analysis showed that differences in ethnicity,education level,occupation,per capita monthly income of family,payment method of medical expenses,smoking or not and dietary structure would significantly affect patients’ positive psychological capital,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of health promotion behaviors of patients with colorectal cancer were(130.34±21.31),and the scores of self-actualization,nutrition,interpersonal relationship and stress coping were at a good level,and the scores of health responsibility and sports were at an average level.The scores of health promotion behaviors of colorectal cancer patients ranged from high to low,which were nutrition,interpersonal relationship,self-actualization,stress coping,health responsibility,and exercise.Single factor analysis showed that age,gender,nationality,culture degree,occupation,family per capita income,medical treatment charge of payment,whether colostomy,smoking,drinking,eating habits and diet differences will significantly influence the patient’s level of health promotion behavior,the differences statistically significant(P<0.05)3.The comprehensive score of quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer was(126.41±25.46),and the scores of the four dimensions including physical function,psychological function,symptoms/side effects and social function were all at the general level.The scores of life quality of colorectal cancer patients were ranked from high to low in order of symptoms/side effects,physical function,social function and psychological function.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in quality of life among patients with different educational level,spouse or not,occupation,family per capita monthly income,treatment stage,stoma or not,and dietary habits,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Positive psychological capital was positively correlated with health promotion behavior in patients with colorectal cancer(r=0.610,P<0.01),positive psychological capital was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.411,P<0.01),and health promotion behavior was positively correlated with quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer(r=0.465,P<0.01).5.Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to determine that the treatment stage,positive psychological capital and health promotion behavior were the important factors affecting the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer,among which the treatment stage was the most predictive.Conclusions:1.The positive psychological capital,health promotion behavior and quality of life of colorectal cancer patients were all in the middle level.2.Positive psychological capital,health promoting behavior and quality of life were correlated in patients with colorectal cancer The higher the level of positive psychological capital,the better the level of health promotion behavior,the better the quality of life.3.The main factors affecting the quality of life of colorectal cancer patients include treatment stage,positive psychological capital and health promotion behavior. |
