| Objective: The physical and mental health of stroke patients has significan correlation with the subsequent recovery of stroke patients.Based on this point of view,this study hopes to investigate the impact of stroke patients,ruminant meditation,social support,and self-acceptance by investigating the current status of stroke patients,ruminant meditation,social support,and self-acceptance,and further analysis Comparing the correlation between the three variables,so as to promote the physical and mental health of stroke patients,and make the corresponding theoretical pavement.Methods: This study was a non-experimental correlation study.209 stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria in a Grade 3A hospital in Weihai City were selected by convenient sampling.By using statistical software SPSS26.0 the Chinese version,the questionnaire collected in the previous period was analyzed to describe the general demographic characteristics,ruminant contemplation,social support and self-acceptance of stroke patients.This study was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:(1)The total score of invasive meditation of the research subjects was(17.53±2.56)points,the total score of purposeful meditation was(17.53±2.56)points,and the total score of ruminant meditation was(32.56±3.85)points(out of 66 points),of which invasive Sexual meditation has statistically significant differences in different genders,ages,family monthly income,types of complications,medical expenses payment methods,and self-care ability in daily life(P<0.05);purposeful meditation is in different ages,education levels,and current jobs The differences in status and monthly household income were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total social support score of the research subjects was(33.85±9.804)points(out of 66 points),and the difference was statistically significant in terms of age,marital status,current working status,family monthly income,and length of illness(P<0.05).(3)The total score of the study subjects’ self-acceptance factor was(20.97±2.99),the total score of self-evaluation factor was(17.81±2.48),and the total score of self-acceptance was(38.78±4.17)(out of 52 points).There were statistically significant differences in education level,current working status,monthly family income,and ability to take care of themselves in daily life(P<0.05).(4)The results of this study showed that invasive meditation in stroke patients was negatively correlated with social support and self-acceptance(P<0.01);purposeful meditation was positively correlated with social support and self-acceptance(P<0.01);social support and self-acceptance All dimensions were positively correlated(P<0.01).(5)In the study,the total score of social support,payment method of medical expenses(commercial insurance),marital status(with a spouse),and total score of ruminant contemplation can explain 80.2% of the variance of the dependent variable self-acceptance score.Conclusion:(1)In the stroke patients in this study,the score of purposeful meditation was lower than that of invasive meditation.Younger patients,patients with higher education level,current working patients,and patients with higher monthly family income are more likely to have higher purposeful meditation level.(2)The study found that: the younger,the spouse,the currently employed,the higher the monthly family income,and the shorter the illness,the higher the level of social support.(3)This study found that the better the ruminant meditation level,the more social support the subjects received;the more active ruminant meditation,the easier self-acceptance;the more social support they received,the more they were able to accept themselves.The main factors that affect the self-acceptance of stroke patients in this study are:social support,ruminant meditation,marital status,and Current working status. |
