| Objective:This study aims to explore the common tongue features of patients with chronic kidney disease 3-5(non-dialysis)and their correlation with syndrome types and physical and chemical indicators,so as to combine the tongue features with syndrome types and objective indicators of western medicine for clinical observation.Provide information and basis for tongue differentiation and disease detection.Methods:Using the research method of clinical epidemiology cross-sectional survey,design the clinical information collection table.During the period from July 2020 to December 2020,inpatients with chronic kidney disease 3-5(non-dialysis)in jiang su sheng zhong yi yuan who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be collected for general condition data and symptoms,and the system will be interpreted and analyzed.Combine manual interpretation to collect the patient’s tongue picture,and obtain its physical and chemical indicators for about one week,then enter the data into an Excel sheet,and use SPSS26.0 statistical software to analyze the patient’s general information,tongue picture distribution,and correlation with syndrome types and physical and chemical indicators Analysis.Results:1.Among the 172 patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5(non-dialysis)in this study,115 were males and 57 were females.The characteristic frequency of tongue picture is as follows:pale red tongue>pale purple tongue>pale tongue>dark red tongue>red tongue;yellow coating>white coating>yellow and white with coating;moderate tongue>fat tongue>thin tongue;no cracked tongue>Tongue with cracks;tongue without tooth marks>tongue with tooth marks;thick fur is roughly the same as thin fur;greasy fur is more common;rotting fur is rare.2.Corresponding analysis from Table 2-16 and Figure 2-2 shows that there is no obvious correlation between this deficiency syndrome and tongue color;from Table 2-18 and Figure 2-3,corresponding analysis shows that blood stasis syndrome is prone to pale purple tongue,damp-heat syndrome is prone to pale red tongue,damp turbidity syndrome Prone to pale tongue.It can be seen from Table 2-19 that there is no cracked tongue in the original deficiency syndrome>there is a cracked tongue,there is no statistically significant difference between the original deficiency syndrome and the tongue body fat and thinness and the presence or absence of tooth marks;There was no statistically significant difference between marks and cracks.Corresponding analysis from Table 2-22 and Figure 2-4 shows that there is no obvious correlation between this deficiency syndrome and the color of the fur;from the corresponding analysis of Table2-24 and Figure2-5,it can be seen that the damp-turbid syndrome is prone to white fur;the damp-heat syndrome is prone to yellow fur;and the blood stasis syndrome also has yellow.Moss;the water-gas syndrome is relatively close to the origin,and there is no obvious correlation with the color of the moss.It can be concluded from Table 2-25 that there is no statistically significant difference between this deficiency syndrome and each fur quality;from Table 2-26,it can be seen that in the thick and thin furs group,the thick fur is more common in the damp-heat syndrome,followed by the wet turbidity syndrome,and the thin fur is more common in the thick and thin fur group.Damp-turbidity syndrome,damp-turbidity syndrome,and damp-heat syndrome are more likely to have greasy moss.Rot moss is not common among the various types of syndromes.Relatively speaking,moss-heat syndrome appears more frequently.3.When the tongue manifestation is pale tongue,the BUN and P levels are higher,and the Hb level is lower;when the tongue manifestation is fat and big tongue,the HDL-C level is lower;when the tongue manifestation is yellow coating,the LDL-C level is high.When the tongue picture shows white coating,the P level is high;when the tongue picture shows thick coating,the BUN level is high,and the TP,CO2CP,Ca and Hb levels are low;when the tongue picture shows greasy coating,the TC,LDL-C,and K levels are relatively high,and the Ca and Hb levels are relatively low.Conclusion:1.Among the 172 investigated cases,the tongue color is mostly light red tongue,pale white tongue,and lavender tongue;the tongue shape is more common with moderate tongue,fat and big tongue;the color of the coating is mainly yellow coating,followed by white coating;The moss is more common in thin or thick greasy moss.2.Dampness syndrome is prone to pale tongue,thin white greasy or white thick greasy coating;damp-heat syndrome is prone to pale red tongue,yellow and thick greasy coating;blood stasis syndrome is prone to pale purple tongue and yellow coating.3.Tongue features have a certain correlation with urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,carbon dioxide binding capacity,blood potassium,total protein,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,and low-density lipoprotein indicators.4.By studying the correlation between tongue features and syndrome types and physical and chemical indicators,it can provide a certain reference basis for clinical tongue detection and disease diagnosis. |
