Research On The Old-age Service Mode Of "Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing" In Yanbian Prefecture

The cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era through long-term efforts,and under this new historical position,the main contradictions in Chinese society have been transformed into contradictions between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.The transformation of the main contradictions in Chinese society means that people’s demand for a better life is more vigorous,so at the same time,the needs of the elderly with the development of society more and more diverse,more and more elderly people pay more attention to "healthy old-age".In response to this situation,in 2013 the State Council proposed to promote the combination of medical and health care and old-age services,this is the first time clearly put forward the "combination of medical care." Since then,according to the development direction proposed by the government,various regions have actively explored the local "medical and health combination" old-age model,which provides more comfortable living environment and old-age services for the elderly.After several years of exploration,China’s "medical care combined" old-age model has made some experience,for the future development of the foundation.As a new model of old-age service,medical care combines effectively improves the state of separation between old-age care and medical care,and gradually forms a kind of old-age model that effectively meets the diversified old-age needs of the elderly.The proportion of elderly people aged 60 and over in Yanbian reached24.01 percent,higher than the proportion of the country’s aging population,and the problem of old-age care is very prominent.Therefore,Yanbian State actively respond to national policies,strongly support the development of "medical integration",after several years of development,formed a "medical combination" of several models.However,at present,Yanbian State’s "medical combination" is still in its infancy,the development process there are insufficient government support,"medical and health integration" of the number of old-age institutions,"medical combination" required professionals shortage,low service quality and many other problems.Therefore,Yanbian State in the future development process to increase the "medical care combination" policy and financial support,integration of social resources to increase the number of medical care combined with the number of old-age institutions and service levels,increase the "medical care combination" of professionals,gradually expand its coverage,improve the quality of service for the elderly to provide a comfortable old-age environment.
