Objective:To explore the relationship of hemorrhagic transformation with stroke syndrome types and risk factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and provide a basis for the evaluation, prevention and treatment of hemorrhage in acute cerebral infarction.Method:Through screening patients admitted to the Encephalopathy Center,Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine between July 2017 and October 2020,101 patients with hemorrhagic transformation(HT)were incorporated into the study. One hundred two patients with acute cerebral infarction without HT were randomly selected as the control group. For the 203 patients, all clinical data, relevant information based on four TCM diagnostic methods and imaging findings were analyzed by SPSS 26.0.Then the factors with statistical differences were analyzed by binary Logistic regression analysis,so as to explore the independent influencing factors of HT in acute cerebral infarction. Results:A total of 1860 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction were collected.Among them, the incidence of HT was 5.4%.There was no statistical significance for the relationship between TCM syndromes and HT after acute cerebral infarction. In the HT group, some factors were found by typing comparison, the increased total cholesterol and fibrinogen were an independent protective factors for HT.In contrast, increased low-density lipoprotein(LDL)was an independent risk factor for HT,in the massive cerebral infarction HT group, the increased fibrinogen was independent protective factor for HT.At the same time, female and diabetes mellitus were independent risk factors for HT.In the small cerebral infarction HT group, the increased total cholesterol, fibrinogen and hemoglobin were independent protective factors for HT,whereas increased LDL and hematocrit were independent risk factors for HT.Conclusions:1.Massive cerebral infarction, female, diabetes, increased LDL and hematocrit are the risk factors for HT after acute cerebral infarction.2.Increased total cholesterol, fibrinogen and hemoglobin are independent protective factors for HT after acute cerebral infarction.
