| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of atlantoaxial joint reduction by "cervical spine stretching and adjusting spine in prone position" in the treatment of children with tic disorder,to explore the correlation between atlantoaxial dislocation and tic disorder in children, and to explore the way of clinical diagnosis and treatment of tic disorder in children.Methods:Sixty-four children with tic disorder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the clinical trial group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with "cervical spine stretching method in prone position",and the control group was treated with "cervical spine fixed point rotation and reduction method in sitting position" for 2 consecutive weeks. The difference of atlanto-tooth space and YGTSS scores before and after treatment were observed, and statistically analyzed. Results:The results showed that the YGTSS score had a low positive correlation with the atlantoid space difference(p<0.05,0.3≤r<0.5).After treatment, the difference of lateral atlantodental space in 2 groups was smaller than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p>0.05).After treatment, the motor score, defect score and total score of YGTSS in 2 groups were all lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),while the phonation score before and after treatment had no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference in the lateral atlantodental space between the two groups(p<0.05).After treatment, the motor score of experimental group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in vocal score, defect score and total score of YGTSS(p>0.05).Conclusion:The severity of tic disorder in children may be related to atlantoaxial dislocation. Both the cervical spine stretching and spine adjustment in prone position and the siting cervical spine rotation and reduction method have good effects in reducing the distance difference between atlas and teeth and improving the overall severity of tic disorder. The two methods had the same effect in reducing the atlanto-tooth distance difference and improving the severity of tic disorder. The safety and compliance of cervical spine stretching in prone position were superior to those in the control group. |
