Objective:This article combs through the literature,summarizes the special features of the national famous traditional Chinese medicine inheritance studio(’the famous TCM doctor’s studio’ for short)and other teams in sharing mental models,team learning and team performance.And based on the theory of mental model theory,behaviorist learning theory,and cognitive learning theory,clarify the relationship between the shared mental model,team learning and team performance of famous medical studios.Using the basic ideas of social learning theory,innovating the team learning mechanism of famous medical studios,and combining with the IPO model,construct a chain model of "shared mental model-team learning-team performance" of famous medical studios.Through this research,this paper hopes to put forward countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to improving teamwork,promoting the growth of famous TCM doctor’s inner relationship,and improving team performance,and promote the development of famous TCM doctor’s studio and the spread and inheritance of Chinese medicine culture.Methods:Take the team leaders and heirs of famous medical studios in Jiangsu,Guangzhou,Zhejiang,Hunan,Heilongjiang and other regions as the research objects.Through literature research,put forward research hypotheses and use the IPO model as the model framework,combined with the basic viewpoints of social learning theory,innovate the team learning mechanism of famous doctor studios,and build the relationship model of famous doctor studio shared mental model,team learning and team performance;Then use the "Questionnaire Star" and"email" methods to distribute the questionnaires formulated in the previous period.The data collection lasted for two months from November 20,2019 to January 16,2020.327 questionnaires were returned and excluded.Invalid questionnaires,262 questionnaires were finally subjected to empirical analysis,and the questionnaire response rate was 80%;During the period,EXECL and SPSS20.0 were used to perform descriptive statistical analysis on the recovered valid questionnaire data,and then SPSS20.0 was used to test the reliability and validity of the data and AMOS22.0 was used to perform confirmatory factor analysis on the scale,and the MI model correction method was used to obtain Draw the final model,and finally verify the intermediary variables through Bootstrap test and verify related hypotheses,and then draw conclusions.Results:Empirical research results of structural equations:team performance←member attitude mental model;team performance←team work mental model;team learning←member attitude mental model;team learning←team work mental model;team performance←team learning,these 5 research hypotheses,all passed verification.The hypothesis of the mediation effect in the two paths of team learning:path member attitude mental model←team learning←team performance,team work mental model←team learning←team performance failed the test.Among them,the member attitude mental model has a total effect of 0.37 on team performance,the team work mental model has a total effect of 0.21 on team performance,the member attitude mental model has a total effect of 0.50 on team learning,and the team work mental model has 0.49 on team learning.The total effect of team learning on team performance is 0.33.Conclusions:The empirical analysis results of structural equations show that famous medical studios share the two dimensions of the mental model.Both the team work mental model and the member attitude mental model have a positive impact on team learning and team performance.On the one hand,it explains that when team members reach a consistent understanding of the policy,modern technology,and the role and mission of the studio,it will help the development of team learning and the output of performance;On the other hand,it shows that in the process of interaction,team members use modern technology to achieve consistent organizational understanding and psychological representation in activities such as knowledge sharing,knowledge protection,and meeting patient needs in traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,team learning has a positive role in promoting team performance,which shows that in the famous medical studio,whether it is between teachers and students,or between students,it is essential to summarize the problems and improve behaviors and other team learning behaviors;However,team learning does not play an intermediary role in the relationship between the mental model of member attitudes and team performance,and the mental model of team work and team performance.This shows that the attitudes and beliefs of the members of the famous medical studio team are far more effective than other teams.In many cases,this part of the content does not require further construction through team learning.Therefore,from the perspective of the shared mental model of the famous medical studio,the team learning perspective,and the team performance perspective,this research proposes to cultivate the social responsibility and mission of team members,strengthen interactive learning,and attach importance to talent training in the process of team building of the famous medical studio.It is conducive to promoting team collaboration and realizing the sustainable development of famous medical studios.
