Health care system in Pakistan is assailed with innumerable issues such as organizational collapsed,gender desensitized,insufficient resources and lack of structural accountability.Accept insecure economic situation characterized by hefty exterior debt and faltering efficiency,board’s scheme with medical reform is no doubt finite in Pakistan.It is evident that the unfairness in medical reforms is multifaceted,having a geographic,social,economic and even an overarching political dimension.The recently introduced medical reform act provides a window of opportunity,however,which initiates wide ranging changes in medical care and social sectors.Public health care services encourage the public-private partnership to divide the cost of basic primary level of medical care.Through proper training and services delivery(such as WHO,WORLD BANK,UNDP tools)along with community involvement in decision making process,Pakistan must build medical care system which are more gender sensitive and perform gender equality.The paper is based on analytical secondary data from public domain as well as research papers undertaken by UHS(University of Health Science),it also draws from incidences of medical care reforms accomplished in other countries.The purpose is to address the Reform’s impact on doctor’s satisfaction and leading cause of Doctor-Patient Dispute.Both the theoretical and practical implications of the study are discussed in chapter four.
