Objective To study the active components and molecular mechanism of Zhenwu Decoction in treating ascites caused by hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)by bioinformatics data.Methods TCMSP database,Drug Bank database,BATMAN-TCM database and Pad Mapper server were used to screen the chemical constituents of Zhenwu Decoction and predict the action targets with oral bioavailability and drug-like properties as the restriction conditions,and CTD,TTD and OMIM databases were used to collect the relevant targets of primary liver cancer,and then to carry out the screening.Cytoscape3.6.1 software was used to construct component-target-pathway network,component-target interaction network and liver cancer-related target protein interaction network.The target gene ontology(GO)was enriched by DAVID online analysis tool and KOBAS 3.0 software.Set analysis and KEGG path analysis.Results The virtual experiment predicted that there were 65 compounds and 996 targets in Zhenwu Decoction.Through network merging,334 candidate targets of Zhenwu Decoction for the treatment of ascites due to hepatocellular carcinoma were identified.Among them,the key targets TP53,HSP90AA1,TOP2 A,CTNB1 and the main components paeoniflorin_qt,Poricoic acid,and CTNB1 were the main targets for the display of ascites due to hepatocellular carcinoma.Poricoic acid,Demethyldelavaine,paeoniflorin_qt,Karanjin,sitosterol are involved in regulating signal pathways such as Nucleotide excision repair、Biosynthesis of amino acids、Cysteine and methionine metabolism.Conclusion The main active components of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of ascites due to hepatocellular carcinoma include Poricoic acid,Demethyldelavaine,Karanjin,paeoniflorin_qt,sitosterol,The key targets are TP53,HSP90AA1,TOP2 A,CTNNB1,etc.,and its mechanism may be closely related to signal pathways such as Nucleotide excision repair,Biosynthesis of amino acids,Cysteine and methionine metabolism,and Metabolic pathways,Through regulating cell metabolism,redox,cell proliferation and apoptosis,expression and participation in DNA damage repair,thus affecting the role of Zhenwu Decoction on ascites of hepatocellular carcinoma.
