| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xintongning Prescription in treating coronary heart disease complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism,and provide a scheme for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods: Using clinical control studies,60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomized into control(30)and treatment(30).The treatment group added heartache on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine.The control group gave routine western medicine treatment for 14 days,to observe the waiting points of traditional Chinese medicine,angina pectoris points,Seattle scale,thyroid function,blood lipid level,and blood vessel endothelial function before and after the treatment,and to evaluate its efficacy.Data statistical analysis using SPSS 22.0 software.The measurement data is indicated by(X±S),using t test for normal distribution,not normal distribution or variance al ignment;X2 test and rank sum test for grade data.P< 0.05 indicates that the differences are statistically significant.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,sex and basic diseases between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of total scores of angina pectoris before and after treatment: the total scores of angina pectoris(incidence times,incidence time,incidence degree and times of taking nitroglycerin)of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the decrease level of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the total scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment:the total scores of TCM symptoms(chest pain,chest tightness,listlessness,chills,spontaneous sweating,poor memory,etc.)of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),but the decrease in the treatment group was obvious(P<0.05).4.Comparison of Seattle Angina Scale scores before and after treatment: The scores of Seattle Angina Scale(physical activity limitation,stable angina pectoris,treatment satisfaction and disease awareness)of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the Seattle content of the treatment group was better than that of the control group except angina pectoris(P=0.10 >0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)5.Comparison of thyroid function(TSH level)before and after treatment: after treatment,TSH of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but decreased significantly in the treatment group(P=0.00<0.05),with statistical difference.6.Comparison of blood lipids(total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride)before and after treatment: after treatment,the blood lipids(total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride)of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but except triglyceride(P=0.330>0.05),the decrease of other groups was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).7.Comparison of NO levels before and after treatment: The NO levels of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).However,after treatment,the treatment group did not improve significantly compared with the control group(P=0.056>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups.8.Comparison of ET-1 level before and after treatment: ET-1 level of patients in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).However,after treatment,the treatment group did not improve significantly compared with the control group(P=0.357>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Heartache can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,especially in chest tightness and pain,fatigue,self-sweating,chills and other aspects,and plays a positive role in reducing TSH、 blood lipid level in serum,improving vascular endothelial function,combined with conventional treatment,can effectively improve the curative efficacy,which is worth applying clinically. |
