Investigation And Analysis Of Primary Disease And TCM Syndrome Characteristics In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:Explore the correlation between TCM syndrome and primary disease of chronic heart failure,TCM syndrome and cardiac function,TCM syndrome and left ventricular ejection fraction,primary disease and cardiac function,primary disease and left ventricular ejection fraction.Methods:Collect the case data of patients with chronic heart failure in the Cardiovascular Department of Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to October 2020.Basic information,primary disease,TCM syndrome,cardiac function,and left ventricular ejection fraction of 268 patients And so on for statistical analysis.Results:1.The incidence rate is highest in the 60-79-year-old age group,The incidence rate is higher in men than in women,Cardiac function is mainly gradeⅢ,and HFp EF patients are the most.2.The TCM syndrome types in descending order are:Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Yang Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis and Phlegm Drinking Syndrome,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Yang Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis and Phlegm Drinking syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm drinking syndrome(P<0.05).3.The distribution of TCM syndrome types and primary diseases were correlated with gender,age,cardiac function classification,and LVEF(P<0.05).4.The main primary diseases in descending order are:coronary heart disease,Hypertensive heart disease,and atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).5.The distribution of TCM syndrome types is correlated with the main primary disease(P<0.05).6.There was no statistically significant difference between cardiac function classification and gender(P>0.05),and there was a correlation between cardiac function classification and age(P<0.05).7.The primary disease affects the distribution of TCM syndrome types.Coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure is more common with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,hypertensive heart disease with chronic heart failure is more common with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and atrial fibrillation with chronic heart failure is more common with Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Yang qi deficiency and blood stasis combined with phlegm-drinking syndrome.Conclusion:1.The majority of patients with chronic heart failure are elderly men,The TCM syndromes have the most syndromes of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis,The main primary disease is coronary heart disease.2.Patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome have the lowest cardiac function classification,the highest average LVEF,the shortest disease course,and the milder disease;the patients with Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome combined with phlegm drink syndrome have the highest cardiac function classification,the lowest average LVEF,the longest disease course,and the more severe disease.3.Hypertensive heart disease combined with chronic heart failure has the lowest heart function classification,the highest average LVEF,in the early and middle stages of the disease,the condition is relatively mild;atrial fibrillation combined with chronic heart failure has the highest heart function classification,the lowest average LVEF,in the advanced stage of the disease,the condition is serious.
