Study On The Effect Of Jiangzhuojianzhong Granules On Insulin Resistance And Hcy Levels In Newly Diagnosed Overweight/Obese Type 2 Diabetes Patients

Objective:Through observing Jiangzhuojianzhong granules to new diagnostic overweight/obese patients with type 2 diabetes clinical symptoms,blood glucose,insulin resistance,metabolism of homocysteine levels,as well as other related indicators,the influence of the analysis of the efficacy and safety,new for clinical diagnosis of overweight/obese type 2diabetes diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new way of thinking.Methods: Adopts the method of randomized controlled studies,in November2019 to November 2020 at shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital endocrine department outpatient and ward’s collection of newly diagnosed 60 cases,overweight/obesity T2 DM patients randomly divided into control group and experimental group,control group given oral metformin hydrochloride check treatment,the patients in the control group on the basis of Jiangzhuojianzhong granules was given treatment for 12 weeks.To observe and analyze its clinical efficacy and safety.Result:1.Improvement of symptoms: the TCM syndromes of patients in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),but the efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),the experimental group was better than the control group,and the effective rate of the experimental group was 90%,and the effective rate of the control group was 65.52%;2.Blood glucose reduction: Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in 2 groups were all decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).3.Weight loss: After treatment,body weight,BMI and waist-to-hip ratio were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in waist-hip ratio between control groups(P > 0.05).4.Reducing blood lipid: After treatment,triglyceride,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the reduction rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).5.Improvement of related metabolic indexes: insulin resistance index,homocysteine,fasting insulin,insulin sensitivity index,uric acid and carotid intima thickness were all improved in 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in uric acid and insulin sensitivity index between control groups(P>0.05).6.There was no significant abnormality in the safety indexes of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion: Jiangzhuojianzhong granules can not only significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of overweight/obese type 2 diabetes patients,but also effectively reduce glucose,weight,lipid and improve related metabolic indicators,thus providing theoretical support for the treatment of newly diagnosed overweight/obese type 2 diabetes and the prevention and treatment of diabetic complications.
