Objective: To explore the pulse characteristics of patients with early non-traumatic necrosis of femoral head under the objective study of traditional Chinese medicine, and to analyze its regularity and the difference of pulse characteristics between patients with necrosis of femoral head and healthy subjects. Methods: The TCM results and pulse information of outpatients meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and screened and record their age, sex, etiology, disease stage, the Harris score and other basic information. The pulse information of 60 healthy subjects at the same time was collected and randomly selected, the pulse information of both subjects included pulse condition judgement and pulse pattern information. The data questionnaire was established, and data entry analysis was carried out with SPSS 26 Chinese version. Results: In this study,a total of 64 patients in the femoral head necrosis group and 60 patients in the health examination group were collected.1.The objective study of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with femoral head necrosis involves a total of 7 pulse conditions, from high to low, namely, string pulse, number pulse, smooth pulse, string pulse, string pulse, virtual pulse, and flat pulse.Compared with healthy subjects, there were differences in pulse rate, pulse rhythm, tension and fluency as well as pulse parameters.Specifically, there were differences in chord pulse, number pulse, smooth pulse and nodal pulse in early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis patients compared with healthy subjects, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of pulse parameters,H3/H1 in the early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The pulse pattern of patients with early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis had no significant correlation with age and gender(P > 0.05),but was correlated with the etiology and the Harris score of hip joint, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among the patients with alcoholic femoral head necrosis, the pulse pattern with higher frequency was smooth pulse and multiple pulse. In patients with steroid-induced femoral head necrosis, chordal pulse was the most frequent pulse. The chord pulse and nodal pulse of the patients with the Harris score < 70 were significantly higher than those with the Harris score ≥70.Conclusion:1.In this study,by comparing the difference in pulse patterns between the deceased and healthy subjects with broken femoral head,it was found that the pulse patterns of patients with early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis were different from those of healthy subjects in chord pulse, number pulse and smooth pulse, and the H3/H1 parameters of pulse patterns were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects.2.Pulse patterns of patients with early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis had no significant correlation with age and gender, but had correlation with etiology and Harris score of hip joint. Therefore,in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, attention should be paid to the pulse identification, and combined with other diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine, comprehensive syndrome differentiation,so as to achieve real syndrome differentiation and treatment.
