Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Operation Of Gastric Cancer With Jiedu Xiaoai Decoction

Objective:This article observed the therapeutic efficacy and safety of jiedu Xiaoaidecoction combined with chemotherapy in treating gastric cancer patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after operation,and evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of jiedu Xiaoaidecoction,which provided a new idea for the treatment of gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Sixty-four postoperative outpatients and inpatients with gastric cancer,were selected under certain criteria from the first affiliated Hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine and the charity Branch of traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=32),control group(n=32).The control group was treated merely with chemotherapy,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine jiedu Xiaoaidecoctionin addition to same chemotherapy with control group.before and after three courses of treatment,The clinical symptoms,changes of life quality,tumor markers,weight changes and side effects of chemotherapy were recorded in the observation scale.The results of the two groups were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in sexo(P =0.787)Age(P=0.058)Course of disease(P=0.183)Pathological type(P=0.801)TNM staging(P=0.625)Chemotherapy regimen selection(P=0.959)f two groups of patients before treatment,basic data.(P>0.05)which suggested that the two groups are comparable.Tumor markers CA199.CA724.CA50 were all P>0.05),Liver function(AST:P=0.182.ALT:P=0.297),and Renal function(Cr:P=1.BUN:P=1)in two groups after treatment had no statistically significant difference.(P>0.05),suggesting that jiedu xiaoaidecoction could not significantly reduce the tumor markers,and did not have significant liver and kidney toxicity;There were significant differences in the comparison of TCM symptom score(P=0.003)Quality of life(QOL)KPS score(P=0.012),WBC(P=0.021),HB(P=0.011),PLT(P=0.029)Diarrhea(P=0.012)and Stomatitis(P=0.015)suggesting that jiedu xiaoqi decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,especially the epigastric pain,Nausea and vomiting and a cid regurgitation(P<0.05).However,As for distention after eating,Lips,dark complexion treatment group had no significant advantage(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with non-combined chemotherapy,jiedu xiaoai decoction plus chemotherapy has advantages in improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,quality of life,reducing toxic and side effects in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after operation of gastric cancer while there is no obvious advantage in reducing tumor markers.Moreover,And it is safe and tolerable without significant liver and kidney toxicity.
