The Optimization Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Program For Colorectal Cancer In Guangxi Based On Delphi Technique

Objective: To explore the existing problems in the application of TCM nursing plan for colorectal cancer(trial)in Guangxi,and to develop a more suitable TCM nursing optimization plan for colorectal cancer in Guangxi,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing and improve clinical nursing effect.Method:(1)A total of 139 patients with colorectal cancer who met the inclusion criteria in the gastrointestinal surgery department of A TCM hospital in Guangxi from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected by systematic random sampling method.Collect patients’ general information,disease diagnosis,TCM syndrome type,syndrome characteristics,main related symptoms and use of TCM nursing technology;The patient’s nursing operation compliance to the plan,patient’s satisfaction with nursing technology,operator evaluation and special records of the TCM plan of this disease.To understand the existing problems in the use of the current TCM Nursing Plan for Colorectal Cancer,and on this basis,to avoid the existing problems through evidencebased and consulting experts,to form the first draft of TCM Nursing Optimization Plan for Colorectal Cancer in Guangxi.(2)The Delphi expert consultation was conducted on the first draft of Optimized TCM Nursing Plan for Colorectal Cancer in Guangxi by means of expert consultation,and the next round of revised draft was formed after repeated consultation,summarization,modification and summarization of experts’ opinions on Optimized TCM Nursing Plan for Colorectal Cancer in Guangxi,and the consultation letter was re-issued.Finally,it was summarized into "Optimization Plan of TCM Nursing for Colorectal Cancer in Guangxi",which was basically the same with the experts’ basic views.In this study,the positive coefficient,authority coefficient,variation coefficient,coordination coefficient and other indicators of the consulting experts were used to test the reliability of the consulting experts and the scientific nature of the research method,so as to determine the application of "Guangxi colorectal cancer Chinese medicine nursing optimization plan" in clinical practice.Results:(1)In the retrospective cases,there were 11 syndromes.The highest proportion of dampness-heat accumulation was 44.6%,followed by the deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang(18.71%),and the deficiency of qi and blood(9.4%).The incidence of symptoms were abdominal distension(66.91%),abdominal pain(61.87%),mucinous and bloody stools(46.76%),diarrhea(45.32%),constipation(24.46%),nausea and vomiting(12.23%),and fever(7.91%).In the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology of colorectal cancer,the most frequent use of scalding therapy accumulative composition ratio reached 28.99%,and acupoint application was the main factor,moxibustion was the secondary factor.(2)After three letters of consultation,a total of 15 experts were included.The effective recovery rates were 83.3%,100%and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.92;In the first round,the first-level index of Kendall’s harmony coefficient is 0.55,and the second-level index is 0.44.In the second round,the second-level index was0.40,and the third-level index was 0.38.In the third round,the second-level index was 0.46,and the third-level index was 0.44.P < 0.05,the results were statistically significant.Through three letters of inquiry,3 items were added and 14 items were modified.Finally,the "TCM Nursing Optimization Plan for Colorectal Cancer in Guangxi Region" was formed,which included 5 first-level indicators,29 second-level indicators and 108 third-level indicators.Conclusions :(1)The TCM nursing plan for colorectal cancer issued by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Trial)was found to be absent in the use of common syndrome of dampness and heat accumulation in Guangxi;Some items of nursing of common symptoms/syndromes and characteristic treatment and nursing of traditional Chinese medicine were not common or did not appear in Guangxi,while some common symptoms/syndromes and characteristic treatment and nursing of traditional Chinese medicine did not appear in this program in Guangxi’s specific environment and population,so it is necessary to optimize this program according to the special situation of Guangxi.(2)The process of "Optimization Plan of TCM Nursing for Colorectal Cancer in Guangxi" formed in this study is scientific and reasonable,and its application effect and applicability of the project need further clinical empirical verification.
