Clinical Study On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Complicated With Urinary Tract Infections

Objective:Clinical observations on the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection by Wuling powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging,to explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection,and provide new ideas and diagnosis and treatment plans for the treatment of diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection.Methods:Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes and urinary tract infection who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group with 30 cases and the treatment group with 30 cases.The two groups of patients were given basic treatments such as diabetic diet and hypoglycemic treatment,and the control group received basic treatment combined with antibiotic treatment for a total of 2 weeks.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Wulingsan plus Chinese medicine package treatment for a total of 2 weeks.Record the TCM symptoms,fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2h blood glucose(2h PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),C-reactive protein(CRP),midstream urine culture,and bladder residual urine volume of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.And other indicators changes,and carry out statistical analysis,while recording the number of adverse reactions.Results:1.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was89.7%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical efficacy(P<0.05).2.The curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.1%,and that of the control group is 80%.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes of type 2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection(P<0.05).3.TCM symptom score: After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the two groups of patients improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Curative effect index:(1)Urine routine: Clinical observation found that the number of routine urine white blood cells of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment,which was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the number of urine white blood cells(P<0.05).(2)Urobacterial culture: Comparison of urobacterial negative conversion between the two groups of patients after treatment,the negative conversion rate of urobacterial bacteria in the treatment group was 96.6%,and the negative conversion rate of urobacterial bacteria in the control group was 80%,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Academic significance(P<0.05).(3)Bladder residual urine volume: After treatment,the bladder residual urine volume was significantly reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05);after the treatment,the bladder residual urine volume of the two groups of patients was compared,and the treatment group was more effective in reducing the bladder residual urine volume than the control group.Advantages,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)FPG、2h PBG、Hb A1c: After treatment,the FPG,2h PBG,Hb A1 c of the two groups of patients improved before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of improving FPG and 2h PBG,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of Hb A1 c,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)CRP: After treatment,the CRP of the two groups of patients was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the treatment group after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing CRP levels(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wuling powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine package is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection.It can improve clinical symptoms,FPG,2h PBG,effectively reduce the number of urine white blood cells,bladder residual urine volume,CRP,and increase the rate of urinary bacteria conversion.There are certain advantages.Therefore,the combination of internal and external traditional Chinese medicine has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection,and it can be further promoted and applied clinically.
