| Objective: To evaluate the clinical treatment of mild jaundice of chronic viral hepatitis B under the guidance of constitution theory.Methods: The 62 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into control group(n = 31)and treatment group(n = 31)by random number table method.Finally,30 patients were included in the control group and treatment group.Both groups were given a balanced diet,pay attention to rest,avoid fatigue,avoid alcohol health guidance,on this basis,the control group was given Entecavir capsule antivirus;Compound monoammonium glycyrrhizin S for injection to protect liver;Adenosylmethionine succinesulfonate for injection.The treatment group was additionally treated with yinchenshufu decoction(machine mixed with no-decoction granules),twice a day,1 bag each time,and 100 ml boiled water after meals.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,ALB),coagulation function PT and other indexes in 2 groups before and after treatment were observed,and statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the observed data.Results:1.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of Western medicine after treatment: after the course of treatment,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of healing rate and significant efficiency,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of comprehensive efficacy of Western medicine(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of liver function(ALT,AST)of patients before and after treatment: ALT and AST of patients in two groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),the improvement of liver function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of bilirubin levels(TBIL,DBIL and IBIL)before and after treatment: after treatment,TBIL,DBIL and IBIL in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease was significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of serum albumin(ALB)before and after treatment: After treatment,ALB in both groups was higher than that before treatment(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of the coagulation function of the patients before and after treatment: after treatment,the PT of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and there was no statistical significance in the PT between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).6.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment: after the end of the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Comparison of efficacy in improving patients’ TCM syndromes: TCM symptoms and signs of patients in the two groups improved to varying degrees after treatment compared with before treatment,and TCM syndrome scores decreased compared with before treatment.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1,CHB patients with mild jaundice,constitution of Yang deficiency constitution,certificate of cold dampness repression,differentiation using yinchenshufu decoction combining with western medicine treatment,relative to the conventional western medicine treatment the curative effect is more apparent,can effectively improve the serum TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,ALT and AST level,significantly reduce body and eyes yellowing,body weight,drowsiness,nausea,vomiting,loose stool pond,eating less,rib pain,often abdominal distention nausea,such as Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,improve quality of life.2.Using the constitution theory to guide clinical practice and applying prescription according to the individual differences of patients’ constitution is more conducive to treating both the symptoms and root causes,which has certain research value and application prospect. |
