Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis With “Nape Seven Acupuncture” And “Hand Acupuncture”

Objective : Combined with the academic theory and clinical characteristics of the tutor in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,this experiment observed the clinical effect of Nape Seven Acupuncture combined with hand acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,and discussed the clinical effect of this method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,in order to provide a better scheme for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Method: 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected and divided into:(1)Treatment group(30 cases): treated with nape seven acupuncture combined with hand acupuncture.(2)Control group(30 cases): treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.7 days for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The clinical symptoms before and after treatment were evaluated,and the recurrence rate was observed at 1 month after treatment.The data were analyzed by spss22.0.Results : The clinical cure rates of the two groups were 96.67% and 86.67%,respectively.The treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05.And for the improvement of dizziness and neck and shoulder pain,the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05.One month later,the recurrence rate of the two groups was 3.85% and 21.42%,the clinical recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion: Nape seven acupuncture combined with Hand acupuncture has more advantages than flunarizine,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with vertigo and neck and shoulder pain,and the recurrence rate is lower,clinical operability,is worth promoting.
