| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Aifu Nuangong Pills in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with deficiency of qi and blood and deficiency of lower jiao,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the research and treatment of this disease.Methods 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who were treated in the outpatient clinic of the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine(Shandong Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine)from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was treated with Aifu Nuangong pills and the control group was treated with Wuji Baifeng pills.Patients in each group were treated with medicine from 5 days before menstruation to the second day of menstruation.In this study,a course of treatment was set for one week,and the patients were observed continuously for three courses.The COX dysmenorrhea symptom grade,VAS pain effect score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score and uterine artery hemodynamic changes were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results the treatment methods of both groups could reduce the scores of TCM syndrome and dysmenorrhea symptoms,but the latter decreased more significantly in the control group than that in the experimental group(P<0.01).It can be seen that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups and reached a significant level.The average severity of COX dysmenorrhea score and the total time of attack in the test group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rates of TCM syndrome in the control group and the experimental group were 83.30% and 96.70%,respectively,and the latter was more obvious(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of dysmenorrhea was 96.7% in the test group and 80.005% in the control group,which showed that the test group could significantly reduce the pain of patients(P<0.05).The total effective rate of VAS pain in the control group and the experimental group was 83.3%and 96.70% respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Both of the two treatments could improve the state of uterine microcirculation to some extent,but the effect of the control group was better than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with deficiency of lower jiao and cold and deficiency of qi and blood,Aifu Nuangong Pill can achieve better curative effect,effectively relieve the pain of patients,reduce the symptoms related to dysmenorrhea,and significantly improve the environment of uterine microcirculation,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea. |
