Objective: Observe the therapeutic effect of antihypertensive exercises on the first-level hypertensive population in the community. Methods: This research project adopts a randomized controlled research method.According to the standard,80 community 1 hypertension patients(20~65 years old, date of birth: 1954.01.01~1999.12.31,gender is not limited)are selected as the test population of this project. And according to the random number table method,80 patients were randomly divided into: control group(40 cases)and intervention group(40 cases).Control group: use the western medicine antihypertensive program prescribed by community doctors combined with acupoint massage therapy;intervention group: perform antihypertensive exercise therapy on the basis of the control group. The acupoints are selected as the Yang Meridian points on the head,Hegu,Guanyuan,Zusanli, and Yongquan points.Acupoint massage is performed twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed in the evening, each point is performed for 5 minutes each time.Antihypertensive exercise time: 9~11 am every day,3~5 pm,each exercise once, each time about 30 minutes,a total of about 1 hour per day.Taking 8 weeks as an observation period, the changes in blood pressure,TCM syndrome scores, and quality of life scores of Duchenne hypertension before and after intervention were compared between the two groups of patients to observe the therapeutic effect after one treatment cycle. The data obtained was processed with SPSS 22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Fall-off situation: A total of 80 cases were included in this study according to the inclusion criteria, including 3 cases in the intervention group and 0 cases in the control group. The total fall-off rate was 3.75%.2.Basic data analysis: Before the intervention, there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients in age, height, weight,BMI,waist circumference, blood pressure, heart rate,TCM syndrome score,Duchenne quality of life score,etc.(P>0.05),with comparable Sex.3.Blood pressure curative effect: After 8 weeks of intervention, the systolic blood pressure of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was a statistical difference in systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P >0.05);The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the intervention group decreased compared with the previous one,and there was a statistical difference within the group(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the control group decreased slightly compared with the previous one,and there was no statistical difference within the group(P>0.05).4.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: After 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients decreased, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of decrease in the intervention group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the intervention group,1 case was markedly effective,24 cases were effective, and 12 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 67.57%;in the control group,0cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective, and 31 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 22.5%,which was statistically significant by the rank sum test(P<0.01).5.Duchenne’s hypertension quality of life score: After 8 weeks of intervention, the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared to before the intervention treatment, and the paired T test was statistically significant(P<0.01);the quality of life score of the intervention group was higher In the control group, the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Antihypertensive exercises can help reduce the blood pressure of people with grade1 hypertension in the community.2.Antihypertensive exercises can improve the scores of TCM syndromes in the community with Grade 1 hypertension.3.Antihypertensive exercises can significantly improve the quality of life of the first-grade hypertensive population in the community.4.Antihypertensive exercises have good safety for the first-grade hypertensive population in the community.
