| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ningxin Pingzao decoction on pre-phase contraction combined with anxiety disorder of deficiency of Qi and Yin,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Test group:On the basis of control group,Ningxin Pingzao decoction(Main licorice 20g,Floating wheat 20g,6 pieces of jujube,Ginger 9g,Cassia twig 9g,Dangshen 15g,Raw radix rehmanniae 20g,donkey-hide gelatin 6g,Dwarf lilyturf 10g,Hemp kernels 10g)was added,1200mL water,boiled soup 300mL,take it in 2 times,one dose perday.Control group:Western medicine routine treatment.Patients in the above two groups took medicine for 4 weeks.The improvement of each index before and after treatment was observed.Results:The number of heart palpitations and the number of contractions before 24 small periods were improvedin the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The curative effect of premature beats,TCM syndrome score,somatization symptom and anxiety score improved significantly in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of curative effect of premature beats,TCM syndrome score,somatization symptom and anxiety score.There was no obvious abnormality in three routine indexes,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Conclusion:Ningxin Pingzao decoction can reduce the number of 24 small period pre-contraction and the number of heart palpitation attacks,improve the TCM syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency type pre-contraction,relieve the anxiety of patients,thus improve the prognosis,improve the quality of life of patients.Ningxin Pingzao decoction has obvious clinical effect on patients with pre-phase contraction combined with anxiety disorder of Qi and Yin deficiency type,which is worthy of clinical application. |
