Analysis On The Evolution Law Of Syndrome Types And Medication Experience In The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis By Professor Feng Jianhua

Objective: To review the clinical treatment of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis(HT)by Professor Feng Jianhua,a well-known old Chinese medicine doctor,and to stage them according to the clinical experience of Professor Feng Jianhua,and to use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5)to treat them separately.The comprehensive statistical analysis of the law summarizes the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Feng Jianhua in the staged treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,and provides reference for clinical medication.Method: Through clinical follow-up,collect the outpatient medical records of Professor Feng Jianhua from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to January 2021.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the outpatient medical records were collected and sorted out.A total of 59 patients met the clinical diagnostic criteria and the medical records of156 prescriptions.The contents of the medical records were written by Professor Feng Jianhua himself.The database is established by Excel software,the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)is used to enter the medical records one by one,and the system’s built-in correlation analysis and cluster analysis functions are used to perform statistics,analysis and data mining on the case data,and conclude that Professor Feng Jianhua’s staging The rule of medication for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Results:1.Professor Feng Jianhua believes that the commonly used drugs for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in the early stage are: roasted licorice,rehmannia,angelica,prunella,oyster,Moutan bark,fried white peony,fritillaria,scrophulariaceae,and astragalus;mid-term commonly used drugs are : Roasted licorice,Astragalus,Prunella vulgaris,Oyster,Scrophulariaceae,Fritillaria,Cortex Moutan,Poria,Peach kernels,Rehmannia glutinosa;later commonly used drugs are: Roasted licorice,Angelica,Bupleurum,Poria,Astragalus,Fritillaria,Xia Withered grass,Cyperus rotundus,Schisandra,Moutan bark.2.Professor Feng Jianhua’s staged treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis commonly used drugs in the early stage are mainly qi regulating drugs and qi-tonifying drugs,and the major categories are mainly deficiency drugs,clearing heat drugs,and qi regulating drugs;the middle-stage sub-category is qi-tonifying drugs Medicines,Yin tonics,and Qi regulating drugs are the main categories.The main categories are tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,phlegm and cough and asthma drugs,and blood circulation and blood stasis drugs.The late sub-category includes yang drugs,qi drugs,qi regulating drugs and Yin tonic drugs are the main ones,and the main categories are tonic drugs,activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs,and clearing away heat.3.Professor Feng Jianhua’s staged treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is mainly cold medicine in the early and middle stages,and warm medicine in the later stage;bitterness in the early stage and sweetness in the middle and later stages;regarding the return of the meridian,the liver meridian and heart meridian are the main ones in the early stage,the liver meridian,lung meridian and heart meridian are the main ones in the middle stage,and the liver meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian are the main ones in the later stage.4.Professor Feng Jianhua’s analysis of the prescriptions for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis by stages shows that the drug combinations with a higher frequency in the early stage are Prunella vulgaris,oyster;Fritillaria vulgaris,Prunella vulgaris;Prunella vulgaris,Rehmannia vulgaris;Zhigancao,Angelica,etc.;the drug combinations with higher frequency in the mid-term are Scrophulariae,Astragalus;Prunella vulgaris,Scrophulariaceae;Prunella vulgaris,Astragalus;Astragalus,Oyster;The combinations are Zhi Licorice,Angelica;Angelica,Bupleurum;Astragalus,Angelica;Zhi prostrata,Scrophulariaceae,oyster,astragalus;(4)Chrysanthemum,Epimedium,lotus Heart,oyster,Scrophulariaceae,Astragalus,Prunella vulgaris.Mid-term:(1)Weizi,Radix Ophiopogon japonicus,Ophiopogon japonicus,Red Peony Root,Moutan Bark;(2)Zhejiang Fritillaria,Cork,Anemarrhena,Scrophulariaceae,Prunella vulgaris;(3)Stir-fried white peony,Ophiopogon japonicus,licorice,licorice;(4)Forged oysters,Comfrey,chrysanthemum,tortoise shell,perilla;(5)Eclipta prostrata,comfrey,chrysanthemum,Shouwu vine,wheat;(6)Amomum villosum,Scrophulariaceae,Prunella vulgaris,Taizishen,Sun-dried turtle shell,Salvia miltiorrhiza.Late stage:(1)Curculigo,Epimedium,Stag Gum,Yam,Codonopsis,Cohosh.Conclusion:Professor Feng Jianhua ’ s treatment of Hashimoto ’ s thyroiditis is divided into early,middle and late stages according to his clinical experience and whether it is accompanied by the indicators or symptoms of hypothyroidism.He also analyzes the basic pathogenesis of this disease based on the clinical experience and drug results.Exactly,the deficiency of yin and yang of qi and blood is the basis,the early evil is the pathogen of exogenous wind-heat,the middle stage is phlegm condensing qi and stagnation of blood stasis,although there are phlegm,qi and blood and other real evils in the later stage,the main contradiction has changed to spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Early emotional disorder,or physical fatigue and weakness,exogenous feelings,depression of heat and yin,heart and liver fire,most of the heart and liver fire syndrome,use clearing heat and purging fire as the early treatment method;in the middle stage,the qi is not smooth,the qi stagnation and blood stasis are coagulated,the qi stagnation and blood stasis or the phlegm-qi obstruction syndrome,the middle-term treatment is to promote qi to eliminate phlegm,promote blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis;in the later stage,the condition is prolonged and the kidneys are damaged,and the spleen and kidney
