| Objective: To observe the immediate hypotensive effect on patients with essential hypertension by auricular point pressing with beans,auricular point massage or auricular point needle stimulation on antihypertensive groove and antihypertensive point,verify the immediate hypotensive effect of different auricular point stimulation and different acupoint selection on essential hypertension.Methods: According to the principle of randomized,controlled,the selection of Changqing District Community Health Center and township health center in Jinan city into inclusion criteria 270 primary hypertension patients,randomly divided into antihypertensive point group(group A),antihypertensive groove group(group B)and combined antihypertensive point and antihypertensive groove group(group C),90 cases in each group.Each group was randomly divided into three subgroups,respectively to implement auricular point pressing with beans,auricular point massage or auricular point needle stimulation.Namely,A1,A2 and A3 groups were respectively subjected to auricular point pressing,auricular point massage and auricular point needle at the antihypertensive point;B1,B2 and B3 groups were respectively subjected to auricular point pressing,auricular point massage and auricular point needle at the antihypertensive groove;C1,C2 and C3 groups were respectively subjected to auricular point pressing,auricular point massage and auricular point needle at the antihypertensive point and antihypertensive groove,30 cases in each group.Blood pressure values were recorded before treatment,immediately after treatment,10 min,20min,30 min and 1h after treatment,to analyze and evaluate the immediate hypotensive effect of the each group.Results:1.Intra-group comparisonCompared with before treatment,the blood pressure of each group was significantly decreased immediately after treatment,10 min,20min,30 min and 1h;2.Comparison between same acupoint selection groups(1)Comparison of blood pressure among antihypertensive point group at different time(Group A1,A2,A3)(1)Systolic blood pressure: There was no difference in systolic blood pressure in the three groups at immediately after treatment,20 min,30min and 1h(P>0.05).After 10 min of treatment,group A1 was lower than group A2(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(2)Diastolic blood pressure:There was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure in the three groups immediately after treatment,10 min and 20min(P>0.05).After 30 min of treatment,group A3 was lower than group A2(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).At 1h after treatment,A1 and A3 groups showed no difference and were significantly lower than A2 group(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of blood pressure among antihypertensive groove group at different time(Group B1,B2,B3)(1)Systolic blood pressure: There was no difference in systolic blood pressure between the three groups at 10 min,20min,30 min and 1h after treatment(P>0.05).Immediately after treatment,group B1 was significantly lower than group B2(P<0.01),and group B3 was significantly lower than group B2(P<0.05).(2)Diastolic blood pressure:Immediately after treatment,group B2 and Group B3 showed no difference and were significantly higher than group B1(P<0.01).After 10 min and 20 min of treatment,group B1 and B3 showed no difference and were lower than group B2(P<0.05).After 30 min and 1h of treatment,B3 group was lower than B2group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of blood pressure among combined antihypertensive point and antihypertensive groove group at different time(Group C1,C2,C3)(1)Systolic blood pressure: There was no difference in systolic blood pressure between the three groups at 20 min and 30 min after treatment(P>0.05).Immediately after treatment,C2 group and C3 group showed no difference and were higher than C1 group(P<0.01).At 10 min and 1h after treatment,C1 group was lower than C2 group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(2)Diastolic blood pressure:There was no difference in diastolic blood pressure immediately after treatment among the three groups(P>0.05).After 10 min of treatment,C1 group was significantly lower than C2 group(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).At 20 min,30min and 1h after treatment,C1 and C3 groups showed no difference and were significantly lower than C2 groups(P<0.01).3.Comparison of same stimulation methods between groups(1)Comparison of blood pressure of auricular point pressing with beans at different time(Group A1,B1,C1)(1)Systolic blood pressure: There was no difference in systolic blood pressure between the three groups immediately after treatment,10 min and30min(P>0.05).After 20 min of treatment,group C1 was significantly lower than group A1(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).At 1h after treatment,A1 and B1 showed no difference and were significantly higher than C1(P<0.01).(2)Diastolic blood pressure:There was no difference in diastolic blood pressure between the three groups at 10 min,20min,30 min and 1h after treatment(P>0.05).Immediately after treatment,group B1 was lower than group A1(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of blood pressure of auricular point massage at different time(Group A2,B2,C2)(1)Systolic blood pressure: There was no difference in systolic blood pressure at immediately after treatment,10 min,20min and 30 minutes among the three groups(P>0.05).At 1h after treatment,C2 group was significantly lower than A2 group,and there was no difference between the other groups(P<0.01).(2)Diastolic blood pressure: There was no difference in diastolic blood pressure in the three groups immediately after treatment,30 min and 1h(P>0.05).After 10 min of treatment,group B2 was lower than group A2(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).After 20 min of treatment,group A2 was significantly lower than group C2(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of blood pressure of auricular point needle at different time(Group A3,B3,C3)(1)Systolic blood pressure: There was no difference in systolic blood pressure between the three groups at 10 min,20min and 30 min after treatment(P>0.05).Immediately after treatment,B3 group was lower than C3 group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).At 1h after treatment,C3 group was significantly lower than A3 group(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).(2)Diastolic blood pressure: There was no difference in diastolic blood pressure in the three groups immediately after treatment,20 min,30min and 1h(P>0.05).After 10 min of treatment,C3 group was significantly lower than A3 group(P<0.01),lower and B3 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Three intervention methods stimulation antihypertensive point,antihypertensive groove all have significant immediate antihypertensive effect,the blood pressure began to decrease immediately after treatment,with the most significant effect at 30 min after treatment,and the antihypertensive effect remained at 1h after treatment;2.Among the three acupoint selection methods,the antihypertensive effect of the combined group was better than that of the antihypertensive point group and the antihypertensive groove group,and there was no difference in the antihypertensive effect between the two groups;3.Among the three intervention methods,the antihypertensive effect of auricular acupoint pressing with beans and auricular point needle is better than auricular point massage,and the antihypertensive effect of auricular acupoint pressing with beans is equal to auricular point needle. |
