| ObjectiveFunctional near infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)was used to observe the effects of customized music on the prefrontal cortex(PFC)of healthy people,and the psychological effects of sleep and subjective feelings were observed to explore the intervention effect and mechanism of customized music on psychosomatic state,It provides an objective basis for its further development.MethodsFirst,this study studies the origin and development of modern music and traditional Chinese medicine music therapy,treatment ideas,methods,music elements and other related content,and master its brain mechanism;secondly,under the guidance of mentors Yu jin professors and many experts,custom state music repertoire.the final 20 healthy subjects were collected PFC oxygenated hemoglobin concentrations,sleep conditions and subjective feelings in resting state and listening music state respectively.the comparative analysis concluded.Results1.HbO concentration per minute in the prefrontal cortex was different during listening to music(P<0.05),the peak value reached in the second minute,and the valley value appeared in the fourth minute.Compared with the resting state,the HbO concentration in the third minute of the listening state was higher than that in the resting state(P<0.05).At the 4th minute,HbO concentration in music state was lower than that in resting state(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the average HbO concentration of the 16 channels in music state(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the average HbO concentration of the 16 channels compared with the resting state(P>0.05).2.The concentration of HbO in the left prefrontal cortex per minute was different during listening to music(P<0.05),the peak value reached in the second minute,and the valley value appeared in the fourth minute.Compared with the resting state,the concentration of HbO in the 4th minute of listening to music was lower than the resting state(P<0.05).At the 6th minute,HbO concentration in music state was higher than that in resting state(P<0.05).3.There was no difference in HbO concentration per minute in the right prefrontal cortex during listening to music(P>0.05).Compared with the resting state,HbO concentration in the third minute of the listening state was higher than that in the resting state(P<0.05).At the 4th minute,HbO concentration in music state was lower than that in resting state(P<0.05).At the 6th minute,HbO concentration in music state was higher than that in resting state(P<0.05).4.Listening to music can better promote listeners to sleep than being in the resting state(P<0.05).5.Music brings listeners better subjective feelings(P<0.05).ConclusionState music can improve the human body’s heart and body state,in the physiological and psychological levels have a positive role on the human body,State music intervention in this experimental study produces certain PFC inhibition,can induce the human body into the deep relaxation state,this state may be one of the basic mechanisms of the body to achieve internal self-rehabilitation,for the internal brain mechanism,is worthy of further use and research in clinical practice. |
