ObjectiveBy observing the effects of Ultramicroacupotomology on the dysphasia after ischemic stroke on WST,SSA and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,so as to study the clinical effect of this method,and provide more evidence of it in the treatment of the disease.Methods76 patients were admitted to Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into experimental group and control group with 38 cases in each group by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with ultramicroacupotomology on Fengfu,Fengchi(two side),Wangu(two side),while the control group was treated with false ultramicroacupotomology.The specifications,selection points and operation frequency of the control group were the same as those of the experimental group,while it only penetrate through the skin.Both groups were treated on ultramicroacupotomology once per 3 days,2 times as a course of treatment,and have a total of 2 courses of treatment.At the same period,they accept basic treatment including medicine,acupuncture and swallowing function training.Before treatment and after theend of the second course of treatment,all patients were graded by the WST and SSA,and the cases of aspiration pneumonia during the treatment period as the clinical efficacy evaluation.After relevant data collection and sorting,it was imported into SPSS 23.0 for statistical processing,systematic analysis,discussion of the results and conclusion.Results1.Comparison of general data:There was no significant difference in the general data(such as age,sex,course of disease)and Water swallow test grade,SSA score,MMSE score between the treatment group and the control group at the beginning(P>0.05),indicating that they were comparable.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy:36 cases(94.74%)were cured in Ultramicroacupotomology group,which was significantly higher than 31 cases in the False ultramicroacupotomology group in the total effective rate(81.58%)(P<0.05).3.Comparison of Water swallow test:After treatment,the scores of the both group decreased,and there was significant difference in Water swallow test before and after treatment in the group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WST of Ultramicroacupotomology group concentrate in lower grade than False ultramicroacupotomology group,the level of the Ultramicroacupotomology group was significantly different from the other one(P<0.05).4.Comparison of SSA score:After treatment,the SSA scores of the two groups decreased,and there was significant difference in the scores of SSA before and after treatment in the group(P<0.05).After treatment,the D-value of SSA in the Ultramicroacupotomology group was higher than that in the False ultramicroacupotomology group,which was also statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the incidence of aspiration pneumonia:The total proportion of aspiration pneumonia in the Ultramicroacupotomology group was significantly lower than that in the False ultramicroacupotomology group during the intervention period(P<0.05).And ARR(Absolute Risk Reduction)was 34.21%.6.Safety:There were no serious adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups,which means the method is safe.Conclusion1.Ultramicroacupotomy on Fengfu,Fengchi(two side),Wangu(two side)can reduce the level of WST of the patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke.2.Ultramicroacupotomy on Fengfu,Fengchi(two side),Wangu(two side)can reduce the scores of SSA the patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke,indicates the improvement of the basic state of swallowing and the reduction of aspiration of swallowing after treatment.3.Ultramicroacupotomy on Fengfu,Fengchi(two side),Wangu(two side)can reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,suggested that patients may benefit from reducing the probability of disease related adverse outcomes.4.Ultramicroacupotomy on Fengfu,Fengchi(two side),Wangu(two side)is safe,which shows few adverse reactions.5.False ultramicroacupotomology group also shows clinical efficacy in WST and SSA.We may consider it as the clinical efficacy of the basic treatment,which consistent with previous clinical experience.Ultramicroacupotomy are effective in treating dysphagia after ischemic stroke.Ultramicroacupotomy has the advantages of less times of treatment and convenient operation,which is worthy of further clinical application. |
